    Flooded Kamala with facts and there was no rebuttal.

    Fact checking exposes everything that Gabbard said about Harris as being true.

    Allowing someone to remain imprisoned after you find out that they are innocent is disgusting.

    Kamala Harris is not fit to be a senator, yet alone the president.

    Gabbard told Harris that the people who "suffered under [her] reign" were owed an apology. "The bottom line is, when you were in a position to make a difference and an impact in these people's lives, you did not. And worse yet, in the case of those who are on death row, innocent people, you actually blocked evidence from being revealed that would have freed them until you were forced to do so. There's no excuse for that."

    I think she may be right. I have never liked Harris, Sanders, pocahontas,. Bidden is the only Democrat I could see winning the nomination.

    I do agree, many prosecutors owe the public an apology, the war on drugs was a failure and easy wins for prosecutors - many embraced the war on drugs as it was good for the career - even though it ruined many people lives

    While I'm not happy with the way the war on drugs is playing out, those people ruined their own lives through their own actions. You cant blame their actions on the prosecutor that tried them.

    The prosecutors choose what crime to charge them under.
    She prosecuted pot cases while she herself smoked pot and now thinks it should be legal only after voters already legalized it.
    She put poor mothers in jail, when thier kids were truant- now I can see prosecution of parents, but not jail! that is nuts.
    She went after street crime while letting white collar crime go unpunished.

    That people violate Bad Law - and get punished for it - is not justification for bad law. Bad Law is to blame - if bad law didn't exist these people would not be in jail.

    You do have a point with respect to prosecutors - as it is their job to enforce the law - regardless of whether or not it is bad. The prosecutor however can influence things greatly - either to one side or the other. I havn't delved too much into the facts but, it appears as of Kamala was on the side of Evil in this respect. Tulsi is a straight shooter and my guess is that she is not making things up.

    Your opinion of bad law doesnt change the fact that its law. You dont get to violate laws you dont like, without fear of prosecution, no matter who the prosecutor is.

    What Tulsi was alluding to was the fact that Harris dragged her feet in releasing inmates even after they had proof that the inmate was innocent of the crime.

    There are many examples of her shoddiness as a prosecutor and Attorney General.
    According to the Sacramento Bee, her office secretly paid $400,000 to settle harassment claims against one of her top aidesLarry Wallace, who was then PROMOTED. When peopke started asking questions about what happened, she fired him.

    Harris's office violated the Constitutional rights of defendants in drug cases where a police drug lab technician Deborah Madden systematically mishandled evidence. This led to the dismissals of hundreds of cases. This happened under her watch.

    She also refused to embrace criminal justice reform as Attorney General.


    There are many other examples.
