How are you defining mass shooter? Gang violence is a distinct problem from psycho beta shooters. They're both terrible. But lumping them together is just intellectually lazy.
A mass shooting is typically defined by 3-4 (or more obviously) individuals being shot during the same event.

Think about it... regardless of reason or motivation, the wounded still need treatment, the dead still need buried, and the perp still has to pay... assuming he lived. Same result, regardless of motive. You shouldn't complain anyhow, it's obvious that the 3-4 victim prerequisite is GOOD for those of an anti 2A persuasion. Progressives can't have it both ways. You can't claim 100's of mass shootings per year AND protect your pet demographic groups.

Its not cherry picking. It makes no sense to include gang on gang violence. Are you worried - and do you even care - when some gang takes out members of another gang. I for one am not that upset about it because these people are not intentionally killing innocent people - and it is quite possible that the people that they killed had it coming. Someone going out and shooting a bunch of innocent people in a church, nightclub, or some school is a completely different thing - and you know it.
