People are too cowardly to say that they look at brown people in their own countries, feel derision for them, and don't want them to come here. Unlike where I live now where many people have concealed carry permits, the people in El Paso do not. Ask a person in El Paso how many guns he owns and he will say not many, just 8 or 9. Believe me, I’ve asked a lot of El Pasoans that question. They keep their guns at home. There’s a reason why El Paso bills itself as the country’s safest city.

Read your particular State's Constitutions Bill of Rights section (Declaration of Rights) on the Right to Bear Arms.

California doesn't have that Right to Bear Arms section in its Constitution but the other States do. They are very plain that it is an individual right.

 

"Make it merit based" is a great way to reduce the overall number if you're a racist who doesn't want brown people here.
