Whitey? I love brown people and dated several that hated illegals. I love Mexico go at least once a year but I freaking hate the violence the cartels and the gangs bring to this country and any remotely intelligent person knows it's a horrible idea to allow anyone in this country that wants to be here. I do think the African American communities should do more and would but the inner city politicians will never ever allow that to happen. They want to keep them right where they are and it's sad watching their leaders get rich move to whitey land and keep them down.

Safest by keeping their guns at home. Pssst... I'm sure I heard righties say if everyone pack heat in public, they would be safer, not keeping them at.....home.

Read the Texas State Constitution, Article 1, Section 23 =
    Text of Section 23:
Right to Keep and Bear Arms

Every citizen shall have the right to keep and bear arms in the lawful defense of himself or the State; but the Legislature shall have power, by law, to regulate the wearing of arms, with a view to prevent crime.
    https://ballotpedia.org/Article_1,_Texas_Constitution

If you notice, it does not say one damn word about a militia. It is an individual right but an armed person can join something like a posse in a Western movie, if required.

State laws do not override federal laws. It's the interpretation of the 2A that allows TX gun laws to exist.

When you live in a historically safe city then the need to pack heat subsides. I friggin guarantee you if the fence between Juarez and El Paso is torn down, like ORourke said he’d do, a lot more people would be packing, because the El Paso population that’s 85% Hispanic doesn’t trust the people they refer to as dirty Mexicans from Juarez.

The New Hampshire State Constitution contains the Right of Revolution if the Government gets out of control.

    Text of Article 10:

    Right of Revolution

Government being instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security, of the whole community, and not for the private interest or emolument of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, whenever the ends of government are perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual, the people may, and of right ought to reform the old, or establish a new government. The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power, and oppression, is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind.
    https://ballotpedia.org/Part_First,_New_Hampshire_Constitution

The people make the government and they can change it when required.

Now your calling me a racist, typical f'ing idiot that can't argue his own thoughts. You call yourself intelligent yet can't convey a coherent thought provoking argument and have to resort to your isms and lies to make yourself feel important. Please understand I'm sorry for your pathetic life but try harder instead of labeling people because it makes you look dumb.

Deflection and moving the goal post. You failed to address the issue. How can you be safe on the streets when you leave your gun at home (as said by many righties many times)?

Ok, I’m sorry. I will tell the liberal and Democrat city of El Paso that you said they should carry their guns even when they don’t have a permit to carry.

Dude, the people in El Paso don’t have carry permits. All they can legally do is leave their guns in their cars.

BS. If the Congress Critters were to end the Second Amendment but did not outlaw all guns in America, the States could give their citizens unlimited gun ownership. States have countless rights in their State Constitutions that are not mentioned in the federal Constitution. The federal Constitution is just the framework. For instance, the federal Constitution does not say that illegal aliens can own property in America but the California State Constitution does.

    Text of Section 20:
Noncitizens have the same property rights as citizens.
    https://ballotpedia.org/Article_I,_California_Constitution

    Text of Section 6:

    Right to Bear Arms

No law shall abridge the right of the citizen to keep and bear arms for security and defense, for lawful hunting and recreational use and for other lawful purposes, but nothing herein shall be held to permit the carrying of concealed weapons. No municipality or county shall regulate, in any way, an incident of the right to keep and bear arms.

There are over 20,000 gun laws on the books already. Maybe they will dump another 57,000 on us before the end of the year. Criminals don't give a damn about laws. If they want a gun they can simply take one from a cop. No background check required.

Alright, let's zoom it out. I started parodying an extreme view of what you were implying about why the media was reporting on this attack, and other views I've seen from around the forum regarding mass shooting stats in this country. My point, if you could follow the parody down, is of course there are political reasons terrorist attacks get reported on more, and differently. This is true of radical Islamic terrorist attacks and it's true of right-wing terror attacks, a fact we're going to have to face as they get more common.

I don't think it's coincidence that just a few days ago I was talking about how the flipping of Texas from red-to-blue is going to incite a great deal of violence, and within a week a terrorist attack had occurred in which the terrorist specifically framed his attack as a response to the flipping of Texas.

This is gonna get bad, man, and it not only threatens the lives of innocent people but is the most significant geopolitical threat to the United States.

When I look around the world there's only one country that I think has a reasonable chance of knocking the United States off it's perch at the top: Mexico.

Gun laws? Dude, many people in El Paso own guns to protect their families in their homes and don't believe they need to carry them on their person is required. You see, they have this thing called a fence which separates them from the most violent city in the world that the drug cartels control and in their spare time engage in human trafficking and that fence is working. So people don't want the expense or take the time to take the class to get a concealed carry permit. The day that fence comes down (Thanks Beto) and the violent drug and human smugglers can just waltz across our border, the number of concealed carry permits will increase. In my city, Las Cruces, I can walk into a gun store and walk out with a gun on my hip because the Bill of Rights says I don't need a permit. i only need a permit for concealed carry.

Brown people have no merit until they devote their lives to my cause: Putting White Devils at the bottom of the ocean. Allahu akbar!

I think that some black guy named Jesse Jackson pushed the African American nomenclature because he didn't want to be called a Negro. The reality is that black Americans are mostly bi-racial. Some have ancestors who have been in America since 1620. There is nothing African about them.
