CNN’s Chris Cuomo Threatens Violence After Man Calls Him ‘Fredo’: ‘I’ll ******* Throw You Down These

Pretty big guy who appears to be in reasonably good shape,I have no doubt he could do as he threatened.

This whole thing is Much Ado About Nothing, but according to the Breitbart Troll Squad it is Bigger than 9/11.

I am a fan, but no this exchange of threats did not go far enough for me to worry about. Had Cuomo grabbed his lapel, or raised a fist while uttering them rather than backing down under the acknowledged concern of a law suit we'd have a different story to tell.

But these 'Fredo' references could represent a legal problem for the interviewee under the 'fighting words' doctrine that is still a carved exception of first amendment protection even post R.A.V v St. Paul. depending on jurisdictional language in their ordinances and statutes. . Something for him to keep in mind as he baits people with personally abusive language using ethnic or racial slurs.

If I were CNN, I'd wag my finger at Cuomo, and say the human resources equivilant of "tsk, tsk...not per protocal behavior, Chris. Don't ever do it again …" wink

Did you catch where BIG MAN TOUGH GUY Cuomo was telling how badly he was going to whip arse and throw him down the staircase threatening violence against the guy but when the guy takes off his glasses with the OK let's get it on Cuomo backs off and starts with "OK take a swing at me". Um I must be missing something... where is this list of 'times' plural that this slur was used? Yes I saw the video clip. I did not see these other occasions where it was used against someone of Italian descent on CNN.
