do you find yourself defending the people Trump attacks as he is going to far

Trump is a extreme narcissist with a very fragile ego... he is broken inside..... he never should of been President, he doesn't have what it takes

Trump will be a one term President, I have no doubt of that, people will get out to vote in 2020

Here is the kicker that the left isn't going to like.

Being racist isn't illegal. People are allowed to not like you because you of your skin color.

We have passed laws that they can't discriminate against you from employment due to the color of your skin, but that's about it.

People have the ability to hate people for all sorts of reasons. Their mouths, their political views, their hair color, the color of their skin... it doesn't really matter. This is allowed and legal.

I am raising my two daughters who are black to understand that you can't please everybody, sometimes just being you will make people dislike you. You can't change ignorance, and you can't legislate to remove racism. It simply isn't possible. Trying to do so is living in an idealistic world.

Racism is in the intent not the wording, though i imagine it's going to be extraordinarily rare to find a white person using the N word who is not intending an offense.

That is why racism must be defined by the actions people take. If you are going to call someone a racist based on what they say, they must be saying things that they are saying must be overt. They must say something about a people then something derogatory about those people based on race.

You evidently are unaware as most on the left are of how Trump has always handled opposition. He was taught by his father how to hit back and it has worked very well.

yes, a non-racist could say racist things, but they would still be racist things they were saying either way

Not sure what you are getting at, but to the title of the thread, yes it is racist....it allows for slavery, calls african-americans 3/5 a person...now there have been some amendments to fix those orginal flaws....but yes, it was a racist document

Nope, racist comments are entirely based on intent. If there is no intent there is no racism.

Appeal to majority fallacy. You speak only for yourself. Just though you should know.

The Constitution is not racist. It's the opposite. The problem is that we don't always follow the Constitution as written.

correct, and you could speak for yourself, but it's your choice, that is why I asked the question... so others could answer for themselves

Come on now, the Democrats created America's first hate group, the KKK, who would know hate and racism better than them? In case nobody noticed they just traded their white hoods for black masks. They kept their intolerance, hatred, propensity for violence, and racism (new target: whitey)...

What does the OP feel about a cop shooting an unarmed black teenager who wasn't breaking any laws? Cause accordingto the far right if you condemn it, you hate all cops.

Actually it's not hard at all, given that it neither said nor implied anything about race.
Nothing in the original Constitution mandated unequal treatment of blacks, and in some states they enjoyed citizenship. As for Indians, they were not citizens, so they were not entitled to equal treatment under the Constitution regardless of their race.

The left is currently gearing up for complete and total socialism. They just don't understand what it is. If they get it, they will regret it and in the process, destroy the country or throw it into Civil War.
