I use to own a quarter acre with an 80 year old farm house in Mequon.
Twenty minutes north of Milwaukee.
What was a 20 minute drive of rural lands has become 20++ minutes of suburban sprawl.

With no Prop 13 I'm sure I would have been taxed out of this
