    Within 20 yrs, hypersonic missles will make that moot. The Danes are already subsidizing Greenland, there is no magic to change that, your obsession with Trump clouds your rationale.

    Democrats have been wanting Greenland for decades. Truman even offered 100 million for it back in the 40's.

    Greenland could also be used to house communists, muslim radicals like Tlaib, etc.

    If he can pull it off, it would be great. Like Will Rodgers once said: “Buy land, they ain’t making any more of it”. Then Mr. Rogers proceeded to buy most of Pacific Palasades for chump change. If Trump’s team pulls it off it would do wonders for his legacy. With the ice melting, there could be tremendous mineral reserves available. Also the fishing and krill oil industries could be developed further. The geographically strategic location is also a big plus. Buy it!!!!

    There are about 20,000 natives on Greenland, 90% of them unemployed or only employed by the Danish government. So the Danes spend a lot of money keeping them fed.
