A lack of evidence doesn't prove innocence. Courts won't prosecute on the mere existence of evidence. They will only prosecute if the evidence if enough to make a strong case.

Politifact as a factchecker can only state the court's decision not whether that decision was morally right or absolutely whether murder happened.

Then it proved Brown turned on Wilson and charged at him threatening him again and he was shot and ended up a mere 11 feet from where Wilson was standing. And courts don't state whether murder happened, first a grand jury brings and indictment and then a trial jury finds whether a crime occurred. What was not morally right about the outcome?

 

No, they aren't supposed to state the facts. They are supposed to state only facts that can be absolutely confirmed.

These facts can absolutely be confirmed all facts can that's why they're facts otherwise they're just speculation.

 

YES as I have stated, the forensic evidence was quite clear. Go search out the press conference the DA gave where he explained in detail all the evidence and the witnesses who changed their public statements.

Something like this is happening right now on this forum. Posters who are way to the left in the views they have posted over the last few years are starting to claim they are "centrists" or "independents." Have they finally come to the conclusion that the democrats have gone over the left wing cliff and they are trying to distance themselves from that to save face?
