No. You made the remark. Feel free to pick a single post you feel I deflected a point.

It wasn’t in the link I found to highlight the quote. The quote stands on its own however. He was not referring to white nationalists.

Is that really all you have?

    Kinda sad

Everyone enjoys hearing their enemies disparaged.

I don't see Trump supporters as having an ideology at all. They have issues, notably immigration and protectionism, issues that the Democrats used to support and abandoned.

There is little agreement as to what those policies should be. Democrats ought to be looking to see what they can get in exchange for funding a border wall. But they won't.

You mean all the times Obama skirted around Congress with executive orders? Trump has mostly tried to undo the crap Obama had no right to do in the first place.

We can't have special interests sitting shotgun. We gotta have middle class families up in front. We don't mind the Republicans joining us. They can come for the ride, but they gotta sit in back.

    -Also Barack Obama

What I see is him saying is the Democrats are in control, shut up and let us do our thing, y’all know nothing and just screw it up(sure sounds elitist to me but whatever). It’s a blame game. One of which both the GOP and DNC are at fault for. It isn’t one or the other, it’s both.

I agree with your stance about both sides would give and take in order to move forward. For me, it seems when Grover Norquist and Newt Gingrinch made their pacts, is when the roots of noncompromise took over, and then the retalition started, and here we are.

Come now. Israel created HAMAS as a foil against the PLO in the mid 1980s. If not for abuse HAMAS would never have come into being.

LOL, not accepting this idiotic piece of leftist/Islamic propaganda.... Hamas is a terrorist totalitarian fundamentalist organization committed to genocide against the Jews, these two disgusting Jew haters in the Congress are enthusiastic supporters of Hamas and other anti-Israel terrorist groups and whatever happened or did not happen in the 1980s can't possibly change these undeniable facts.

McConnell had a good teacher in Reid. Two peas in a pod were those two. Both far cries from then likes of Daschle and Lott, Mitchell and Dole who preceded them as senate leaders.

By making his own executive orders.

Many of which have already been struck down and all of which will be eventually revoked.

Currently dem candidates are calling anyone who supports Trump a racist.

What kind of civility does that inspire?

I'd move past Gingrich as he worked behind closed doors with Bill Clinton. That led to his downfall. I'd go with Dennis Hastert and his Hastert rule. Either way, we're in the same time period.

And that’s the entire problem, people now see the other side as the enemy. It’s no longer a matter of a difference of opinion it’s a matter of “that person wants to destroy America”.

Democrats do not believe a wall will work, I’m not going to post statistics because it will completely derail the topic and it’s been discussed to death but there would be much cheaper and more effective programs that should be pushed for.

Every day that goes by and they don't openly speak out about Trump is another day I distrust them...

And don't let Biden fool you.... he won't forget their complicity is this shitshow, and many will have to crawl to President Joe for absolution...

There is no such thing as the
democrat party it is official the ' d emocrat Party. I realize that there are those in the Tepublican Party who do like to throw out that insult at those poor Dems and call them the "Democrat Party".

'cooperate with Republicans' or 'cooperate with republicans? Is he talking about cooperating with the corrupt neocons, robber barons and the MIC that hate Trump almost as much as the deranged left, or is he talking about cooperating with the conservatives who value constitutional limits on the power of democratic authority who voted for Trump?

I bet I know which he means...

Biden is one of the last of the old guard of politicians in both parties who did not hate Republicans as Trump does hate Democrats.

There is no such thing as the ".democrat" party. People who use that term use it as a sort of pejorative. Trump uses that term but hey what do you expect from a guy who is not really a Republican.

Yes Gingrich did work with getting the IRS some reform and some with welfare, that is why I stated where the roots got started on the noncompromise atmosphere.
