The WC has yet to be challenged by any conspiracy theory and all evidence DOES point to OSwald

The HSCA challenged it in 1978, and they declared this:

Scientific acoustical evidence establishes a high probability that two gunmen fired at President John F. Kennedy. Other scientific evidence does not preclude the possibility of two gunmen firing at the President.

So again, some evidence is not all evidence, and all evidence does not point to Oswald.

Well yes it does all point to oswald actually

You also ignored the part where that acoustic evidence was debunked well after the committee disbanded.

Without that acoustic evidence they concluded Oswald acted alone

In your mind, everything points to Oswald, but the acoustical evidence points to a second gunman at the grassy knoll.

In the end, the scientists found a solid match for a shot from the grassy knoll.

The acoustical evidence was never debunked, it was falsely misrepresented, based upon the flawed medical conclusions of the "Committee."

Due to its medical conclusions that all shots which struck the motorcade came from the rear, a finding which has long been questioned, the Committee determined that the grassy knoll shot missed. This strange juxtaposition of the existence a shot from the knoll, but calling it a missed shot, opened the Committee to disbelief and ridicule from all sides.

The grassy knoll shot did not miss, and all shots did not come from the rear, as "the Committee" so says. In fact, the "debunking" itself, as headed by Norman Ramsey, has been debunked.

The HSCA’s analysis was later called into question by a panel of scientists headed by Norman Ramsey. But that “debunking” has itself been called into serious question by the re-analysis of scientist D.B. Thomas, described most thoroughly in his book Hear No Evil.
If anyone is leaving out pertinent information, it would seem to be you.

    Wrong

I am leaving out nothing and it is absolute fact that the acoustic evidence was debunked

There is no evidence of another shooter

There is if you look for it; both physical evidence and testimonial evidence; but you have to look beyond 1964.

If I were insistent upon not looking for any, or insistent upon disclaiming any that did exist, I'd come to the same conclusion.

How do you account for Malcolm Wallace's fingerprint being found on the 6th floor of the TSBD? Last time I checked, a 34 pt match on a fingerprint would be considered "evidence".

Much like the acoustic evidence, the Wallace fingerprint issue has been absolutely debunked.

    https://jfkfacts.org/new-look-lbj-joan-mellen-debunks-mac-wallace-myth/

The TSBD was not a secure building. That fingerprint could have been anyone's but the claim that it belonged to Mac Wallace is a myth.

Joan Mellen is professor emerita at Temple University, where she taught literature and creative writing for fifty years. (from Wikipedia)

Creative indeed. Scientific and factual she isn't. The science and the facts can be found here:

A lengthy video that exposes the bias of Joan Mellon can be seen here:

Evidence #1 that debunks the Warren Commission: Malcolm Wallace's 11/22/63 fingerprint found on the 6th floor of the TSBD.

She did proper research unlike the conspiracy nuts

Then print was incomplete and the " expert " was no expert.

Debunked just like the mythological acoustic tape.

As I said no evidence of a second shooter.

We can get to that later. For now at least, we have evidence of Malcolm Wallace's fingerprint on the 6th floor; evidence you won't find in the Warren Commission report.

    No we do not.

We have no evidence of his prints there.

    No I am not

You are denying it was absolutely debunked.

His prints were not found there, that is fact not opinion

I have no reason to believe that the fingerprint expert's testimony is not true, and you've provided no facts or evidence to debunk it, just some vague reference to a biased fiction writer who wrote a book. Books are written to make money, not reveal the truth.

What is the truth is that Malcolm Wallace was a convicted murderer, and his fingerprint being found in the TSBD on 11/22/63 implicates him in yet another murder, the murder of JFK.

Yes you do have reason to believe his testimony is not true. It was presented by conspiracy theorists and his credentials are proven to be weak. He is not an expert as testified to in the book which is no more biased than and conspiracy theorist and their loopy ideas.

Any reasonably intelligent person looking at it objectively can see the print in question is only a partial and the so called expert was nothing of the sort.

His print was not found in the TSBD and that is fact. Which leaves us at square one with no evidence of a second shooter.

Sorry, but I don't consider Mellon, you, or myself to be fingerprint experts. Nathan Darby, however, was a fingerprint expert, his expertise and credentials impeccable, and his report the only real "evidence" we have on this issue.

The sworn affidavit of fingerprint expert Nathan Darby below; along with the FBI's "verbal" denial of the match; as though we would expect them to do anything else.

No his credentials were not impeccable at all which is the point.

The author of the book I cited consulted with a far more qualified expert

    Claim debunked

If anyone had suffered thru the half-hour video I posted in post #36, (you can hardly understand the guy's muffled voice) they'd at least know that Joan Mellon's book, the one you rely upon, is a classic example of junk science; garbage in, garbage out. They'd also know that the quality and reliability of Nathan Darby's fingerprint analysis is as good as it gets.

Evidence #1 that debunks the Warren Commission: Malcolm Wallace's fingerprint found on the 6th floor of the TSBD.

    Wrong you have it backwards.

The book clearly debunked the self proclaimed expert who has no credentials.

The junk science is a claim that an unqualified no body could make such a positive determination on a partial print.

There is no evidence of any kind which debunks the WC or proves a second shooter.

    That is fact.

Your claim is based on a desperate desire to believe rather than neutral and objective analysis.

Thanks for your informative posts. There is no question JFK was assassinated as part of a coup d'etat. The evidence that the US government (the Warren Commission et al) lied about the JFK assassination is overwhelming. The same is true about the 9/11 Commission and 9/11. Don't ever let government boot lickers discourage you, education is key. This guy knew how to manipulate the minds of the ignorant and the US government is no different:

If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.” - Joseph Goebbels

Nobody killed Jackers. His assassination was faked so he could run away to Lincoln, Argentina and live with Marilyn Monroe. Her suicide was faked too.

Funny but throughout all of these threads no one has posted such evidence.

therefore the claim that there was a coup detat is not so much clear as it is wishful thinking on your part.

~ The first shot missed and hit a curbing across the street , injuring a bystander in the face with broken concrete. There is a time approximate.
These details are explained in two books: 'Case Closed' by Posner ; 'Reclaiming History' by Bugliosi
