The only conviction here is MAIL FRAUD. Do you understand now? If I had money and tell the school I would donate millions to get my son into the school, I wouldn't be convinced of ANYTHING.

I am not going to spend hours researching and addressing your question for every College and University in America. I will simply point out that the well publicized Asian-American discrimination compliant against Harvard is nearing a decision. This case documents that Asians had to have SAT scores more than 450 percent higher that African-Americans to get into Harvard. So I will amend my statement and state that set-asides for black minority students and Latino minority student keep qualified White and Asian students from being admitted.

Quoting from the source listed below:

...evidence of discrimination can be seen, in part, in the numbers: A 2009 Princeton study found that Asian-Americans need an SAT score 140 points higher than whites to get into a top private college. But compared to Hispanics, they need to score 270 points higher and compared to blacks, 450 points higher.

I am saying the Justice System has been anti-black since this country was founded.

So it sounds like they are being screwed for white students, not black ones.

Harsh words and true. It was Atticus Finch in the book To Kill A Mockingbird that said true equality is equal justice in the court of law. He also pointed out that things were improving even back then. Equal Justice should be color blind. It takes dedicated people that believe this for that to happen.

While growing up my family was lower middle-class even though my father had a great job he was dealing with student loans - and just before I was to go to high school, my block was zoned into the upper-class rich kids school, so I ended up with the moneyed children. These spoiled brats had it all and my sister and myself were teased and bullied because we didn't have all the luxuries the rest of them have. And it was really interesting, these kids were fairly soft mentally. Sure they had connections thru their parents, but we knew that without those connections no way could they make it in the real world. I remember one of those kids crying - literally crying - because we started state testing that year and were sequestered in tables where you couldn't look at a neighbors test. I actually giggled watching this happen, this kid had gotten by getting others to do his work for him and now he couldn't and it was plain for all to see. And yet - he went to a far better college than I did. Don't remember what it was anymore, but it was a big name one you'd know.

The point is, when I heard about this story I was genuinely surprised it was a crime because I figured the rich always pulled these kinds of stunts to get their useless children into the best universities.

Yup very true. Going to a good school is worthless if you can't pull your own weight. Mommy and Daddy won't be sitting in that job interview.

From one talking head I heard that there are a lot of high rollers who have done the same thing, she is just a b-list actress so it was just a show trial. That same guy said for the money she put out she should have bought a building like so many other rich people in order to get their kids in.

Well that's the thing, if she had made a donation to the school or bought a building, we would never have heard of any of this. I suppose that's the legal way to commit bribery.

He commented on non-violent crimes didn't you watch the debate.

She pled guilty from the getgo. She admitted she was wrong and was repentive about it. Unlike the other big actress who did the same and much more.

What's happening today is blacks commit a higher percentage of come and resist arrest which often ends badly. Can't blame this on anyone but yourselves

You tell me how many are incarcerated in federal prison for non-violent crimes and also without a previous record who admitted their guilt? Biden wants to let them all out regardless do you support that? How about Bernie Madoff let him out, Manafort, Cohen.

Do you know what that word means or do I have to post a definition for you?
