    And speaking of how "windows have moved" and things have changed since 1963:

    The Overwhelming Majority of Americans (not me personally, but the Overwhelming Majority of Americans) are of the opinion that if Oswald was alive today that he would be a Hard-Core Trump Supporter with his own Pro-Trump Website and Podcast.

    I personally don't (necessarily) agree with that assessment, but the sentiment exists. :flagus:

    So what that was the only party that actually could "win" an office.

    Let me tell you a secret- Southeners after the civil war were membes of the human race and KKK members were of the human race the evils the KKK did was the fault of humans. Isn't that one amassing revelation?

    I was 5 when Reagan was elected, so I was in no position to argue, although even at five I respected freedom far more than today's adult progs...
