    It was not a criminal investigation, but bogusly giving it that label is a nice attempt at creating hyperbole.

    But, surely you understand this isn't a matter of filing charges against Schlitz. It's about examining his past as thoroughly as it should have been examined BEFORE he was confirmed to establish whether his behavior is disqualifying.............and................exposing the corrupt way his confirmation was orchestrated by the WH so something like that never happens again.

    If given the opportunity, I would eagerly bet my house on the notion that you are 100% wrong. You do know that this would require Democrats holding 66 seats in the Senate?

I am sure that you were also convinced for the better part of the last 3 years that Mueller would be taking down Trump within the next few weeks.     The Republicans have little idea of what they are talking about. The blue sweep coming is going to change things, and no matter how much the GOP lies to each other, it will prevent nothing from what is going to happen. It is a lot of fun watching the GOP keep hoping "all is well."

    This must have been the fear democrats had when republicans were going to take away their slaves.     No surprise thatbwas evident in the hearings. Kavenaugh confirmed to me that he was guilty when he went into his spittle ranting tirade against the other side. If he was innocent he could have just staid his ground on his innocence instead of doing all out Trumpo Dumpo political partisan.
    Innocent people do not have to lie , cheat, and make raw hateful accusations against investigators. He acted with Fake phony indignation. The lady protests too much me thinks..

    Oh God please tell me you didn't post that. Kavanaugh is, and will be, on the bench for a very long time and I pray he has a very long memory. As for Ruthie........ Hopefully, President Trump can find a great replacement should the need arise.
    So far he and cocaine Mitch have put 152 on the bench.
