Actually I do. SF is primarily a combined system. However: "A few areas in San Francisco are serviced by a separate sanitary sewer system, which is designed to transport just sewage (and not stormwater) to the treatment plant. Storm drains in these areas lead to the bay or ocean."

    https://www.sfwater.org/index.aspx?page=399

Additionally: "during the most prolonged intense rainstorms do the storage boxes completely fill up. Instead of allowing the excess water to backup through the sewers into homes and streets, water is discharged into either the Bay or Ocean through one of 36 discharge points. Studies have shown that discharges are 94 percent stormwater. On average, only 10 discharges happen each year. Before the storage/transport boxes were constructed, discharges happened more than 80 times a year without any treatment."

This is why most large cities are moving away from combined systems. Also because treating rainwater at the sewage plant is expensive.

One of the larger cities on the WA coast, where we conducted a large amount of flow monitoring, had this same combined + overflow system. One of our sites was metering one of these overflows specifically so the city knew how much overflow to report to the EPA. If it exceeded a certain amount per year, they were fined.

Ah so you supported Obama the child who didn't understand the purpose of the EPA and who used it in a petty manner. That speaks volume about you.

Nearly 4,000 EPA Regulations Issued Under President Obama...

Native born American citizens with deep roots in America do feel superior when living in California.

Obvious you aren't an America with deep roots in America living in California who has watched California going from being the best state in America to America's first third world state, a shithole.

When Obama (or any other prominent left-winger) tweets bashing Trump, you left-wingers are the first to post it.

Left-wingers on Obama's tweets: Obama is the almighty Messiah!
Left-wingers on Trump's tweets: "Hitler", "NAZI", "Stupid", "Idiot", "fifth grader", "White supremacist", "dictator", "racist", "bigot", etc.

At least I'm not in denial like Sacramento and the Democrats in California who turned California into a third world state.

Constantly whining about it but not doing nothing about it doesn't make you "superior" in any way. It just show that you are whiny.

I've encouraged President Trump to get involved with California that is in a state of rebellion.

I've supplied ICE with tips where to find illegal alien criminals.

I've pointed out that there is enough water and affordable housing in California but not for 40 million people.

I exposed that the Democrats in Sacramento still have the welcome mat out at the Mexican border.

Useless political buffoonery, but it does bring to mind the plastic straw ban. For all the hand-wringing by worried progressives over the possibility that a straw might fall into an ocean somewhere, the mess left behind by the homeless along the waterfronts of the Bay Area, and especially in Berkeley, is phenomenal. It is likely thousands of times more plastic than the amount of plastic straws that wind up in US waterways and seas in any given year.

Another good example of how Trump always finds ways to engender conflict with others rather than finding ways to work together for real solutions.
