    1. Nobody needs to defend Kavanaugh. If you didn't see through that dumpster fire the democrats pulled during the hearings you are beyond help.
    2. As for America being unfair, planes leave every day.

    1. Yes, Kavanaugh needs all the defenders he can get.
    2. America is unfair, but that will begin changing after the elections next fall.

This is a debate forum. Not a court of law.

When Kav defends himself before the law, we'll see how many ladies who have publicly said he raped them will not prefer to testify.

What the ladies had so say from the NYT here: The Women Who Have Accused Brett Kavanaugh - excerpt:
Yes, indeed, I just can't wait to hear their "false accusations" (your phrase) against him in a court of law ...

Dems still have complete control in California.

They have their own brand of Obamacare, (Covered California) Wanna discuss costs?

Lets talk about clean water. Does the Dem super majority in CA mean cleaner water? Would that little girl playing with moms cell phone like some arsenic, hexavalent chromium, or uranium?

Please give us specific examples. Please begin with the history of improving the environment and health care in CA. Use objective sources, please.

And I rebutted that assertion. What does air flight have to do with unfairness in America, a problem with which all good Americans are trying to rectify.

    "Replicants"?

Wonderful dehumanization rhetoric, mon ami - truly "progressive". Obviously, the Leftists living in France have learned nothing from the Jacobins, sans-culottes and tricoteuses who brought the world la Guillotine et les Noyades de Nantes.

Rebutt all you want but Kavanaugh and the other 151 judges President Trump has appointed and the Senate approved are not going anywhere for a very long time. You can stamp your feet and hold your breath until you turn bluer but none of that is going to change.
As for air travel. We here in this country are free to move anywhere in the world we feel will be more "fair". Good luck with your quest.

That may be true, but is merely an opinion. A mass rebuke of the GOP in next year's national and state and local elections will result in actions the which the Trump supporters will be unhappy with.

I appreciate you using the quote feature.

I couldn't find a reputable source, but heres an article from CNN:
    https://www.cnn.com/2019/04/30/health/water-quality-cancer-risk-california-study/index.html

Im surprised you didn't know that healthcare costs were rising.
    https://www.sfchronicle.com/busines...ealth-insurance-premiums-to-rise-13088672.php

I live in the Bluest part of the bluest state, Los Angeles. Shall we include air quality in the discussion?

Wait, you think he's guilty of this recent charge, the one the alleged victim doesn't remember?

At least if the GOP takes the House again, and Trump beats Pocahontas.

    Indeed.

The only thing "progressives" care about is power. No scruples, no conscience, no shame - Saul Alinsky would be proud...

For Havana and Caracas where "progressives" can enjoy all the economic equality they desire.

Tax receipts doubled under Reagan after tax rates were cut due to the economy being stimulated. That's not supposed to happen, at least if you're a liberal. The Misery Index drastically cut, growth at 7% one year to boot.

Two-thirds of those paying more taxes due to Trump's $10K SALT limitation are 1%ers. I thought you guys wanted to raise taxes on them?

So you don't have the stats. Health care is rising because of Trump's unwillingness to force McConnell to confront the issue.

Trump wont touch healthcare. He gets a lotta-muney from the Insurance Companies that run "the system" in the US.

The cost of Health Un-care in the US has been rising and the Replicants want to get rid of ObamaCare. Even with ObamaCare, America's average lifespan has been reduced far below that of Europe (where 450 million people have Nationalized Healthcare plans). And healthcare professionals get paid at government determined fees!* Which is the ONLY WAY a national healthcare plan should work!

    MY POINT:
*The US has the the most expensive healthcare of any developed nation, and a lifespan that is much lower with a comparable population and lifestyle. (Namely the European Union)!
*See here the OECD study of lifespans amongst comparable countries. Look particularly at comparable lifespan-graphics on the second page (121)
    *Get it .... ?

Your choice. Live or die with American healthcare as it exists today ...

*Meaning what? That an American GP gets paid $200 a visit on average, and I paid yesterday my doctor here in France 20 euros (about the same amount in dollars). It was the National Healthcare Plan in France that rounded out that cost and reimbursed fully the doctor's fees - but that total fee-cost in France rose to nowhere near 200 euros!

Depressingly standard post for @LafayetteBis. Refuse to engage in the topic at hand and ban anyone who shows you why you are wrong.

I really wish it wasn't this way, and have tried on numerous occasiona to get through to you with long, well researched and thought out posts, each hundreds of words in length.

And my reward? A 5 word reply saying I've been put on ignore.

Knowing your policy on being deliberately ignorant and suppressing any dissenting views, why would anyone engage with you?
