    From your very own link, they admit it's true...Why do they say it "kinda happened"? It's true or it's not, many sources confirm not one single vote for Romney.

    This kind of happened, and it’s not actually mathematically impossible. First, the 59 refers to the City of Philadelphia, not the metropolitan area or region. An absolutely crucial fact: The 59 zones that saw no votes for Romney were not districts, but divisions. There are nearly 1,700 divisions in Philadelphia. Each of the city’s 66 wards claims between 10 and 50 of them.

    Divisions are not districts as per the original post. Divisions can be no bigger than a single building. Do you honestly believe that Obama couldn't get all of the votes in a small all black enclave with not a single Republican registered? It has been repeatedly investigated and no fraud occurred. It remains pants in fire
