    There are zero House rules which demand that a vote for the inquiry take place before a vote on the Articles of Impeachment.

    What legal ramifications? There is no rule that says the President or the minority party are entitled to any additional rights or privileges after an impeachment inquiry vote takes place.

    The constitution does not instruct the House as to the impeachment process. It's up to the House to decide how to go about it. But the American people are disgusted with Trump not with the way the House is Handling impeachment. I watched on TV as Nixon left the White House in disgrace but he was.he was trapped more by "the coverup" than the crime. Let the American people observe Trump's coverup after coverup.

    I'll give you one. He claims he has nothing to hide but he withholds documents and witnesses from the House investigation. This is a sick individual who offers contradictory reasons for denying the impeachment process and cannot comprehend impeachment in the least.
