BS, Trump has enabled war in the region to expand, by giving Turkey the green light to engage in war. They have carte blanche in that region now, with old scores to settle. The Kurds don't have the resources to put up much of a front to Turkey. Turkey has a terrible past with minorities, remember the Armenians.

    Oh I see.

Your plan is to use US troops as human shields to hopefully stop the attack.

    Why don't you volunteer?

I'm not the one who thinks they have the solution to the impossible scenario.

    Right.

Trump shouldn't talk to Putin or Kim, but he should with Erdogan.

Iran is just as bad as ISIS. They may be fighting ISIS, but they fund, train and equip terrorists that are just as bad. It is a bad thing that they have gained so much influence in Iraq. There are lots of Shia in Iraq too, 30-40% of the population.

refunding their money rather then stealing it got them to sign the deal didn't it, seems to have worked - but then Trump said, no, lets give them the money with them having to agree to a deal

That money belonged to the government the current terror regime executed a coup on.

That's like stealing someone's car and having the bank give you back the payments from the guy you stole it from.

It was also against US sanction law at the time, which is why they flew it in on an airplane in non-US cash.

Attempting to blame what Trump perpetrated upon the world is foly at best. I expected better from people here on this Forum and I know most are capable of better arguments. But ..........

We are the ones that stupidly invaded Iraq, destabilized it and caused ISIS to have a place to germinate and for Iran to get connected with the same cult of Islam. I have said all along that we should have left Iraq alone but found way to scrud Iran.

To stop NATO countries from invading a country that didn't invite us and we don't have a SOFA with?

    No. We don't.

If history teaches us anything about the Middle East, it's that no one has to enable those savages to make war, they simply kill each other out of shear BORDOM, sport and nonsense :)

Are the Kurds a country or a NATO ally?

Once again, please explain your idea of using US troops to prevent invasion of a country we have no SOFA agreement with, to stop an attack by a NATO power.
