They can try, but ultimately private property laws prevail. As long as the owner/representative has not said a single word on 'reason for refusal', he/she is golden. Hopefully they will have CCTV footage, or witnesses. You cannot be sued or convicted for closing your shop. No court anywhere in the democratic western world could convict you.

2. he did NOT save us from a depression He did nothing for the economy the economy recovered inspite of what he did, had he cut taxes and regulations the economy would have recovered much more quickly.
3. he passed a horrible health care problem that helped to further impoverish the working poor

You literally can't be convicted for closing your store (or asking someone to leave your home). Regardless of any plaintiff attempts to call it something imagined - racism etc - that will be where the buck stops. It's a private property law which must be reverted to. Once again, the key is saying nothing at all about your real reason, but simply asking the person to leave, or advising them you will not provide service. You are not obliged (under any laws) to provide a reason.
