What do you say about anyone involved in a person who has been subpoeaned by the House Judiciary Committee ignoring that subpoena. Would that be obstruction?

It was, however, a phrase used for the misdeeds of those "high in office," who could not be removed otherwise. The general belief today is that it is whatever 2/3rds of the Senate says it is and there is no appeal to the Supreme Court. I believe in English common law, it included punishment similar to that of a criminal law conviction. And I don’t believe there is any evidence — even a signed confession from trump — that will cause the senate republicans to remove him. trump is currently and openly guilty of enough items to remove him in my opinion, nothing will change that.

The LV screen is the more restrictive screen and for years, Conservatives claimed that the LV screen produced more Conservative-friendly results, but in 2016 and 2018, the LV screens tended to strengthen the D-margins. So, what an LV screen (best used starting about 2 months before an election, imo) do is to magnify and possibly, more accurately reflect the numbers for the party that is winning, regardless of party designation.

That is possible but do those those responding to these polls think that through that way. With all the political attacks on pollsters one has to wonder if people are treating pollsters as we do telemarketers!

I know at times I used to string telemarketers along up to the point they ask for a credit card number and I tell them I do not have a card. Now I just hang up.

Although I have always opposed impeachment, I welcome the congressional impeachment inquiry.

It will serve to expose truths that some desperately try to hide, and truth is good.

- As is exposing those who need to hide it and/or lash out at those who seek it, and/or contrive to divert attention from it.

I have an eye trained to see data in streams, also in linear fashion and so, as is the case with most math and science people, I like to use tables and graphs to keep the data

c.) understandable
