Could you tell your lefty buddies this every time something from a right leaning site is posted?

Or does this 'logic' only apply when it benefits the left?

The Chinese goal is to become the global super power. They will do anything they can to attempt to disrupt the US system of government and providing information on the corrupt actions of the Biden's falls right into their playbook. Trump has asked for that information and the Chinese will absolutely provide it. Trump knows this hence the brilliance of his request.

“Buy more land and get bigger tractors.”

On Friday, President Trump and Red China reached their first agreement in their trade war.

The big winners were American farmers.

Part of the deal includes a dramatic increase in agricultural products to be sold to China, ramping up from around $16 billion worth per year at its highest historic mark to $40-$50 billion per year moving forward. Current levels are estimated at around $8 billion. While announcing it, the President said farmers should immediately 'buy more land and get bigger tractors.'

Tariffs rock. Slapping Red China products with tariffs pushed the communist country to cut a deal. The tariffs remain in place. What President Trump gave Red China was a promise not to increase in tariffs.

So will the left begrudgingly give the Trump administration credit?

"Trump’s farm bailout has cost taxpayers more than double the auto bailout"

it's different when Republicans do it... lol

seriously though, both were needed, the only reason the right attacked the left for doing is was cause it was a partisan attack, they just proved that by not being upset when Trump did it

Trump has been setting new debt records every year, adding about a trillion dollars to the debt each year

Oh they were for sure both needed and personally I was not against either. I just laugh when I think how much these righty's would be howling if a Democrat had to bail out a section of our economy because of their direct actions.

Of course not. The Left is getting a cut of China's pillage of the US Economy, why would they want Trump to get American Workers a fair deal from China?

We all know about Google, FaceBook, NBA and Nike all working for the Chi-Com Authoritarians against the Democracy advocates in formerly Free Hong Kong, but have you seen the Biden's and Kerry's scam with China that they pulled off while VP and Secretary of State? $BILLIONS

When haven't we set new debt records? And I am all for cutting spending and the deficits and the debt. Who better to do that? Trump or Warren or Sanders? Republican or Democrat Congress?

Stand back and think of what you just said. From whence did that supposed $100 billion come? China? Nope. Suppliers? Nope. Importers? Sort of. Consumers? Yup. In other words, you and I kicked in an additional $100 billion to the coffers to help offset some of Trump's tax cuts for the wealthy.

It works like this, private entities (Wal*Mart, Target, Apple Stores, John Deere, and others) buy goods from China. When they hit our shore, Importers cough up the money to pay the import price plus tariffs. Then they add the cost of tariffs to their customers bills (see preceding). Then it's "Welcome to Wal*Mart and look how we hid our price increases".

You can wiggle and squirm all you want but them's the facts. That $28 billion to farmers that will never be recovered? Just slap it on the deficit. Gee, this trade war is working great.

"Tariffs are not collected from people, tariffs are collected from importers", who raise the price of their goods by the tariff amount, and thus the people ultimately pay the tariff.

There is absolutely nothing more important than stopping China. Doesn't matter how much it costs bc if they succeed to becoming number 1 in power, it'll be all over.

Oh dear.... with you libs I am never sure whether I should laugh or cry.... or both

According to the libs Trump telling his subordinates that there is no quid pro quo is evidence of quid pro quo, according to the libs both American tariffs on China and Chinese tariffs on America are paid by america. Poor libs don't now right from left anymore, it's whatever is convenient at any given moment of time LOL

Let me give you a few definitions that should hopefully clarify things for you. They are not too hard if you try and wrap your mind around them:

-tariffs on China = tariffs levied on and paid by Chinese businesses, that's why they are called tariffs on China
-tariffs on the US = tariffs levied on and paid by American businesses, that's why they are called tariffs on the US
-tariffs on Japan = tariffs levied on and paid by Japanese businesses, that's why they are called tariffs on Japan
-tariffs on Russia = tariffs levied on and paid by Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, that's why they are called tariffs on Russia
-tariffs on Europe = tariffs levied on and paid by European businesses, that's why they are called tariffs on Europe.
    ..
would you like me to continue or you've pretty much grasped this fairly simple concept by now?

What part of "the inflation is extremely low which means the prices have not been raised" don't you understand?

What part of "if tariffs were passed onto the consumers the inflation would be high but it's very very low" don't you understand?

What part of "importers ALWAYS pass taxes, tariffs, shipping costs, custom costs and all other overhead on exporters, it is how import/export business works now and always has" don't you understand? Jeez

The anti-Trumpers simply cannot grasp that simple fact. If we don't do it now we'll have to do it later and it will cost more and the Chinese will be in a better position to dictate terms.

I just explained to you how tariffs work in a brief lesson that a five year-old could comprehend. "LOL" seems to be that only retort that enchants you. "LOL" Kids that acted that way were usually in the back row of any class, throwing spitballs and engaging in farting contests. Does that bring back memories?

Which will take a world wide effort, China has the ability to out wait a single country — even America — all countries need to band together and condemn the actions that are routinely implemented. Currency manipulation, IP theft, tariffs, etc. It should be implemented into trade agreemens.
