    A new major data-point has been added to the table listed in the OP. HERE AGAIN the link to said table.

    PPP (D), a premiere polling firm from North Carolina, shows +2 support among Ohioans for an impeachment inquiry (49 for / 47 against), but some of the internals (which I have input into the table) are interesting to note, would be worth clicking on the link. Just to remember, Trump won Ohio by +8 in 2016, the largest margin for any nominee in that state since George H. W. Bush in 1988.

    Here the toplines:

    PPP is indeed a Democratic polling firm, but their results have been eerily close to the actual results in elections since 2012. Their composite results are either an average of about 0.9 points to the Right, mostly absolutely dead-on.

    All you need to do is to click on the link to the database, search for something and let me know.

    Wait... you think Trump was joking when he claimed over and over and over again that his inauguration crowd was the largest in history? Is this the kind of cover his adulating supporters are now giving him?

    Of course it's news, because we Americans expect our Presidents to be as honest as a person can be. They should also be: upstanding, generous, kind, empathetic, giving, loving, brave, steadfast - all of the things that make a man really strong --- all of which Trump lacks in every possible way.

    It's news because no other president ever in our history has lied this much, this often, this voraciously, and as if it is normal.

    Well, it is not normal. It is sick. Very, very sick.

    Despite his obvious dishonesty, which existed for decades before he moved to the White House, his diehard supporters don't hear it or see it or acknowledge it. They won't say they condone it though because to them, there's nothing to condone. He hasn't done anything wrong.

    But the same qualities that they just can't manage to see in their guy are dazzlingly obvious to them when it is one of his political opponents or some person or group on the hit list of their guy or just somebody they don't like.

    It's why the diehards are the folks whose contributions carry the least weight. It's why they don't really have anything to add. Their integrity and credibility have been so compromised now that they probably don't even have the standing to call someone a liar even when that person's pants are indeed on fire. They ignored Trump's decades long history, what's a few more years of pretending, really?

    But the most telling sign that they know they've sold out and they know who Trump is on the inside, is that they don't really defend him anymore. Yes they attack his critics, zealously. They attack those who investigate him. They do sometimes pay lip service to the idea of the president as the Wizard of Oz, behind the curtain magically giving us this great economy, but that's a myth that falls apart upon even the most cursory of evaluations. No president, Democrat or Republican, really has much to do with the economy. But it's a safe myth so they use it because it just seems so appealing on the outside.

    But for the most part, the common defense of Trump is a rewording of one basic premise. Everyone who doesn't like him is a liar and out to get him. Sometimes, they'll throw in a good old "and they want to destroy America" for good measure, because who doesn't like mindless sensationalism.

    That was just a massive whopper that hurt millions. They certainly didn’t. Fact check all he and shifty’s Comments they pick and chose. Trump obviously gets reviewed more and is held to a higher standard. I’m fine with that, the liberal media gives dems breaks, another reason not to support them

    Speaking only for myself I am trying to get them to raise their game.

    Yes, it seems to be a futile endeavor most of the time.

    However there have been a few occasions when it has paid off so that makes it all worthwhile IMO.
