And there goes Warren stating clearing she will end Medicare and turn it into a government one payer socialised medicine. The Medicare for all will be FREE. And Sanders says all cost will be gone to the person. I'm on Medicare and I STILL have cost including a monthly premium on my supplements.

Fauxahontas sending plenty of smoke signals but never admits she will raise taxes on the middle class to pay for her boondoggles.

All they offer is government solutions to societal problems. They wanna dance around the biggest cause of our societies ills which is loss of the nuclear family and childhood trama. Gun violence wanna bet the large majority comes from people who didn't have a nuclear family? Opioid epidemic why bet the large majority comes from people without stable upbringing.

Also one other thing about the opioid epidemic why is there no blame being handed to the doctors in their role in it

Harris just openly called for having her big donors to suspend accounts of people that disagree with her. Harris is a leader of the left

Still too many candidates, luckily there will be hopefully four less next round.

These chaotic debates still have more substance and knowledge on display than ‘16 Republican primary debates.

Although, “regime change war” in Syria, WTF Gabbard? I’ll give you Iraq girl, but Syria that’s right wing tinfoil hat territory. Bye, bye Ms. Gabbard you won’t be taking stage space in the next debate.

Yeah, likely a quarter of our electorate are tinfoil hat kooks and there’s absolutely no reason D’s should adjust to reach out to them. There’s an error rate in every endeavor—this one is too large—but you right it off and work on it on the back end.

I think all of them should be president together -- that way we could be ruled by the "Communist Party Leaders Group". Two things gagged me as I watched part of the debate, the moderators' questions and the candidates' answers.

Why her campaign can't come up with a better response and get her out of this hole she keeps digging for herself is beyond me!

The moderators may as well have just come from the DNC the questions they asked and the way they colored them.

It was a better debate than I anticipated. I found the three leaders especially interesting (IMO ONLY). Warren seems flighty to me, I think Trump would destroy her in a debate. Biden was showing his age with some significant stumbles/pauses. Bernie, god bless him, was always entertaining. Liked it when he started swearing.

Gabbard-no more war, and I'm coming for your guns-Beto will be gone from the next debate (Oh god, you mean there's more). Yang-a buck in every pocket, and Tom Styer-I got lotsa bucks in my pocket, will similarly retire from the stage. Castro-I like that greasy look is also finito,

So, that leaves the high horsepower crowd. Harris, Klobuchar, Buttigieg, and Booker. Any one of these could kick trump around in a debate like a deflated soccer ball.

Harris, former Attorney General of California, scares the living hell out of Trump. OMG! A real live Attorney General is coming after me. She knocked the crap out of Barr, really ugly. Harris would treat Trump like the scared little boy he is. Real ugly. Harris plays a room like a symphony. Great humor, great smile, and an electric connection.

Klobuchar, Senator from Minnesota would make Trump kiss the Midwest goodbye. She's a tough little girl with great appeal to the middle class, the folks Trump got last time around - kiss them goodbye too. Great smile and welcoming personality of real human being. People like her and she has turned red counties blue all over Minnesota.

Mayor Pete (Buttigieg) undoubtedly a genius that speaks six languages (Hi Putin, I'm Pete we don't need no stinking translators) and was a Naval office that served in Afghanistan. But that's not the worst, Pete doesn't misstep - ever. When Trump called him Alfred E. Numan, Mayor Pete had to look it up. "I guess it's a name only old people would know!" Trump hasn't been back since.

Booker had a dynamite closing statement that may just have been that inspired vision voters are looking for. People are looking for an end to the vast divisions that separate us as Americans and Booker is going to lead us to the promised land of peace and tranquility where lions lay down with the lambs. That might be the winning message and Booker would deliver it with sincerity and power.

It's a strong stable and Trump should be scared. Any of these people could win.

I only saw a couple tiny bits of the debate, baseball was on but overall I can't see what others see in Booker, Harris or Klobuchar. I like Pete but its not his time. My kid is a yang gang member and I did read his book but I think he's reaching on the automation thing, perhaps he's 10 years early.

IMO its Warren that is the real threat and if she wins the nomination i'll give her the proper consideration.
I'd prefer Biden personally but he looks like he's losing it mentally.

What has you convinced that those 4 are better than Liz?

The Liar-in-Chief was operating on now outdated polls when he tried to extort Zelensky for dirt on Old Joe. Now I'm not sure he knows who to make up baseless lies about.
I think Liz would crush President Flim Flam in a substantive debate on the issues. What he wants is a name calling, invective laced brawl since he has the advantage by possessing the mind of a ten year old.

weird, IMO she's the most electable of the group.

    pros:
She's savvy, experienced, well spoken, smart, female.

    cons:
pretends to be kind but has a mean streak, overly partisan and overly progressive.
Says she's not a hawk but i'm not sold on that.

I just can't see where Harris, Booker or Klobuchar would attract independent voters. From my POV, nominate any of those 3 and trump will win more states than last time, it will be embarrassing.

Biden has a shot but again the mental thing IMO would cause him to self destruct before he even debates Trump.

Warren is the only one I see as a legit threat, but to each their own I guess, I haven't really looked at trump vs X polls because until I know who X is it doesn't matter.

Typical Democrat pie-in-the-sky claptrap. Not a damn thing there for anyone who believes in a free people making choices freely, just a bunch of government run one size fits all dogooderism run amuck horse crap that in the end will leave most people worse off than the were before.

It was like listening to the same voice in different timbres. I thought it funny how they kept renaming Medicare for All.

Didn't watch much of the debate as I already know most of the platforms. I do think Warren is the most electable though I do think she will have a rough time deflecting Trump's attacks and articulating progressive policy.

From what I heard Bernie won the debate on substance. I think Biden would be almost as bad an DNC establishment candidate as Hilary was.

Bernie or Warren...........those are the choices.

When I saw Warren talking to a 9 year old transgender kid the thought popped in my head that the Democratic Party has become evil. What kind of demented sociopath talks their own child into confusion about their sexual identity and then parades them like some kind of clown in front of national audience.

We are supposed to take Warren seriously when she indicated that she wants the trangender kid help her vet her pick for secretary of education. Why not have him determine our foreign policy while you are at it Liz?

I can't even understand the Democrats anymore. Their ideas appear to be a mix of extreme hatred for whites, christians and men, normalizing child abuse, censoring political discourse, disarming the american people, pimping transgenderism/homosexuality and communism.

I like Bernie the most but the majority of the population will not accept his ideas until a significant percentage of the population is automated out of their jobs.
