    It’s not a crime to lower your earnings to avoid higher taxes, it is a crime to lie about your earning or assets to avoid higher taxes.

    But fear not, tax law is largely for the peons — trump will be fine.

    The report stems from financial disclosures on a loan he was applying for. Likely as a personal guarantor or surety.
