It is a really simple distinction, try and follow me here.

Models that attempt to predict the outcome of a future event are not the same as polls which attempt to take a snapshot of the opinions of the American people. It is true that the former relies on the later, but they are not the same.

I showed you a chart that is graphing the current and previous polling data on support for impeachment. That is not the same as a model that attempts to predict the outcome or likelihood of an impeachment proceeding.

 

The funny thing is these goofballs haven't yet come to the conclusion that all US aid to foreign countries comes with multiple "quid pro quo's".

There are multiple sworn statements and documents which demonstrate that a QPQ did take place. Sondland, in fact, just corrected his sworn testimony to reflect that he personally delivered that QPQ.
