Like every other Antifa member he is a coward, attacking from behind or when they have the numbers. It's the old Democratic Party KKK updated to the 21st Century.

The giveaway is that few Democrats speak out against them, usually offering excuses.

Firstly, Have you ever been the victim of a violent crime? I am guessing the answer is no.

Secondly we do not have the most draconian sentencing laws. Why do you even make this false claim?

A extra-large can of pepper spray or mace would be a good idea. Don't let yourself get separated from your fellow demonstrators, either. They usually don't risk getting their asses waxed in a crowd...

    How utterly inglorious...

They do seem quite comfortable with violence, don't they? At the base of their belief systems seems to be the concept that violence is justified if you say or believe things they disagree with.

The civil society is an agreement to respect others, and for those that will not agree, that destroy the property of others and inflict violence on fellow members without just cause, we have a judicial system to restrain these folks. In this case, it's having an effect.

We need greater certainty that these thugs will be arrested, convicted and incarcerated when they engage in political violence.

And there is a parallel to the old Democrat KKK operating in States where the Democrat power structure supported the Klan, so here, we have Blue States very reluctant to move against this left-wing political terrorists. With the Klan, I believe the solution was Federal Police and prosecutors.

Yes, there is an invisible thread among all civilized cultures where respect for others need not be written into law. It's an informal agreement, based largely on the Golden Rule in Western society perhaps, but is very evident in countries like Japan also.

When cultures lose that thread then chaos is the consequence. Antifa members are quite dull witted, as we can see from their few interviews and slogans, so they are likely being manipulated. By whom is the interesting part.

I think you've got it backwards, my friend.

AntiFa is just part of the greater extremist elements on the Far Left (the ANSWER Coalition, et al) that used to operate outside the "mainstream" and "establishment", but over the course of the past 15 years have increasingly insinuated themselves into that "mainstream" and are now becoming the establishment. In other words, they are doing the manipulating, not the other way around. Look at how the Democratic party is becoming increasingly extremist and its leaders talk of a "New Democratic Party". Look at how it allows an openly avowed socialist to run for its nomination for president. Look at how the establishment kowtows to the likes of AOC and Omar Ilhan - the extremists that the loons in the LW "mainstream" media have anointed the rising stars and future of the Democratic Party (which they are).

Of course, this is all part of a wider trend. The New Left is becoming the Old Left, and with it we're seeing the vilest characteristics associated with the Old Left rear their ugly heads, from the hatred, racism and anti-Semitism to the violent intolerance associated with its totalitarian and authoritarian nature. All in the name of love and peace and harmony and altruism and making Man and the world whole, of course.

George Soros' name keeps popping up but in fact it could be anyone anywhere. The Occupy Wall Street movement, for example, began in Vancouver, Canada by a Communist/Fascist organization called Adbusters. It would seem like an implausible conspiracy theory if the records weren't there and they hadn't boasted about it. They're still active.

These organizations are international, go by different names, and can have meeting places anywhere in the world but the messaging remains constant in all of them. We may have a couple on this board from Australia, as one example, who spread their anti Americanism but there are likely others from other areas. One way to tell is their consistent anti Americanism and that will try to include something negative in every post they make, no matter what the topic. Or deflect from the topic under discussion to a bright and shiny object elsewhere. You can see them supporting Antifa also, or making excuses for them.

Finally! We should be seeing multiple prison stints after every one of their crime sprees.

Maybe all antifa are not terrorists. But all of them are left-wing, evil, radical nuts. And the Democratic Party loves them.

And they might be the original incels.
