No - the Senate trial is an HR action. Benedict Donald's freedom and property are not at risk, only his job is on the line. Read the effin' manual. Geez...

As to the idiocy of the OP:

    1. Ukraine already had an open investigation begun on march 29, 2019.
    2. Are people running for office above the law that they can't be investigated?
    3. Where were you when DNC operative Chalupa was asking Ukraine to dig up dirt on Trump & Manafort in Spring, 2016?
    4. The president is the chief law enforcement officer, and as such, and as part of the treaty with Ukraine, it is proper for the president to inquire.

Can you please post a link to any investigation into Joe Biden? I don’t see that as being factual anywhere.

Then hopefully all current sitting president start opening up investigations into their opponents in the future. It would be easy to do if that’s the road we all want to go down!

    weak.

Quid pro joe 30330 interjected himself into all of this with his claim of having Shokin fired while Shokin had 2 active investigations into Burisma - the company where his crack smoking kid, and his now felon buddy Devon Archer were collecting $166,666 / month for no-show jobs.

So, unlike hitlery & the DNC using a foreign help to dig up dirt on Trump in 2016, President Trump is acting in the best interests of America, and I along with all decent people support it.

Having him fired along with US policy at the time as well as international policy. He was as corrupt as the come. This is factually known and people aren’t buying Trumps fake news. And all decent people know it.

Unethical does not always mean illegal.

    No one expects any different.
They have already called the constitutional process a sham and have outright said they are not even going to hear evidence.

Mitch has already declared him innocent and that the senate will acquit.
Even though the investigation is just now underway.

Everyone already knows the outcome of all of this.

After all of the above they are trying to demand the house do something differently?
    Thats a joke.

    Huh? :bored:

The Attorney General is the head of the DOJ and chief law enforcement officer of the federal government. The Attorney General represents the United States in legal matters, advises the President and the heads of the executive departments of the government, and occasionally appears in person before the Supreme Court.

What ever gave you the idea that "The president is the chief law enforcement officer"?

Oh, and back on topic, Impeachment was ALWAYS DOA in The Senate.

    Carry on. :salute:

''he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed,'' i.e., by others, who are commonly, but not always with strict accuracy, termed his subordinates.

^ That makes the president the big cheese.

I don't care if it makes him the Super-Sized Cheese.

And you're free to believe in Russia collusion, in the Easter Bunny, and that Epstein hung himself, too.

Well yea based on the fact that the only guy that actually talked to Trump said he told him no quid pro quo of any kind and every other witness testified they heard or felt...Then add to the fact this good ole whistleblower was a dem that worked on campaigns and ran to Schiff for secret meetings for a month before he filed a complaint, makes it stink to high heaven. Then add on we actually sold them missiles and released the money before they even knew it was held up equals a political hoax. All you literally have to day based on the evidence is Trump asking Ukraine to "look into the Biden thing" that's literally it.

No one's taken Biden seriously since he ran against John Quincy Adams.

I am pretty sure there are items outside of the Ukraine charge. Irregardless, it is still a constitutional proceeding.

Graham became star struck after two games of golf. What will happen to him in South Carolina now that Trump stuck a golf club in his head and emptied half his brains on the faraway is anyone's guess. Moving right along --

Let's make something perfectly clear at the outset of this: at this juncture the whistleblower's name is totally irrelevant. It's like asking what brand screwdriver shorted out New York's primary power plant. OMG! We gotta know if it was a Stanley or Craftsman! In saner times, such insistence of identity would be laughable. Today Graham simply belongs in the National Library of Dirtbags. So what is the purpose of whining for the appearance of the whistleblower? Distraction. Anything to detract from the central issue of the case is a desperate grab for a life preserver for Republicans. In this instance, however, the life preserver will turn into an anchor when exposed to the public.

So what in the world are these Trump worshipers thinking? Well, they weren't (thinking). The GOP (now the POT) has vastly underestimated the intelligence of Americans. Not their base, of course, they're spot on about that. Americans will watch this upcoming public expose and form a predictable response -- hooolysh!t. Average Americans will see the Republican attack-distract machine for what it is, a desperate attempt to protect a corrupt president. The TOP players worry incessantly about being tweeted or holy crap, being primaried! they should be more worried about being "Generaled."

It's going to be quite a show this week and well worth watching. Wednesday, 10AM EST on networks.

I do not believe Trump was President at the time. So at the time I guess Joe’s boss.

LOL oh yea he obstructed congess with Executive Privilege. I'm sure that will fly considering every President has done it. In fact impeach him on that and every President from now on will be impeached.

Nice dodge... obviously referring to ole' Flip Flop Lindsey...

Biden is a serious candidate for President who will be in the race to the very end, just one of several that will likely beat Trump in 2020...

If the WB shows to give hearing testimony, it will be at the behest of Schiff.... I don't think it will happen...

i think its dead if Democrats go down the criminality avenue with this whole thing instead of the President lying route because of good ole Bidens similar actions. By not holding Biden accountable a precedent has been set for similar acts.
