Kids are two orders of magnitude more likely to die in a school bush crash than a school shooting; you only care about these shootings, and the victims of same, because fresh blood from innocent children help you push your otherwise un-sellable agenda.

Committed in the state of California. A state where all firearms are registered. Where all individuals who legally own firearms must possess a permit to do such. Where concealed carry is may-issue rather than shall-issue. Where firearms are required to be stored locked up and inaccessible when not in use by the legal owner. Where firearm owners are legally required to report the loss or theft of a firearm. Where firearm purchases are limited to one per month. Where there is a ten-day waiting period on firearm purchases. Where there is a prohibition on magazines capable of holding more than ten rounds of ammunition, and firearms classified as so-called "assault weapons" due to cosmetic features. Where all private firearms transactions must go through a federally licensed firearms dealer so a background check can be performed.

Explain, why did all of these firearm-related restrictions, and so many others, fail to prevent a fifteen year old from committing a school shooting?

As long as people demand more gun laws these types of shootings will continue, they simply do not get it through their heads, the gun is not the problem, the mental case who pulled the trigger is the problem and as long as society continues to treat the symptom, not the cause, this type of disease will never be cured.

They don't care - they want the state to have a monopoly on force, and they know this cannot happen while the citizenry remains armed.

Works in the UK no mass shootings since 1996. Largest shooting since the AU ban is 7 and happened almost 20 years after. No mass shootings since the Norway ban

Meanwhile people are being mowed down in mass by vehicles and stabbings are at record numbers.

You are going after the symptom which will never solve the problem.

Guns could never be banned in the U.S.

It's silly you think that's possible.

    https://www.theguardian.com/uk/2010/jun/02/cumbria-shootings-slaughter-countryside-derrick-bird

Twelve people were confirmed dead and three were fighting for their lives last night after a taxi driver went on the rampage in the UK's worst shooting incident since the Dunblane massacre.

Derrick Bird, 52, shot dead his twin brother and at least one colleague before driving through rural west Cumbria firing seemingly at random at people in towns, villages and on country roads and then killing himself.

Eleven people were injured, three critically, during the three-and-a-half hour shooting spree which paralysed the county as police, hunting him on the ground and by air, ordered a lockdown.

Cumbria police said they might never completely uncover the reason for what they described as the "most exceptional and challenging incident" the small force had ever dealt with. Last night, they were examining 30 crime scenes.

The alarm was raised in the harbour town of Whitehaven at 10.30am. By then, it is believed, Bird's twin brother, David, and the family solicitor, Kevin Commons, were already dead. It ended only when the gunman's body was found in a copse outside the hamlet of Boot at 1.40pm.

Two guns were recovered by police, a .22 rifle with a telescopic sight and a shotgun.

Do you wish to recant your original statement?

How many mass shootings need to occur before the firearm-related restrictions of the united kingdom are regarded as a failure, when the whole reason for their enactment was to prevent future mass shootings from occurring, in a location that was not well known for a significant number of mass shootings to begin with?

LAST year London saw several shootings take place, many of them fatal.
But just how common is gun crime in London, and how many people were shot in 2018? Here's everything we know about the worrying epidemic.

    lets talk about Australia

    There are more stories

Norway, remember Anders Behring Breivik killing 70 people in Norway in 2011
Norway has strict gun laws yet this happened not 20 or 30 years ago , only 8 years ago

or the one in August of this year Bærum mosque shooting by a 21 year old Norwegian?

    or finally this one
    https://www.newsinenglish.no/2018/03/13/five-arrested-after-oslo-shootings/

    excerpt
    Five arrested after Oslo shootings
    March 13, 2018
Oslo Police have arrested five men in connection with two shootings in the capital late Sunday night and early Monday morning. All are believed to have ties to one of the city’s gangs called B-gjengen.

So tell me again how its working in those three countries?

Bottom line, Gun control doesn't work, it doesn't target the real problem of gun violence.
