Not even close. Prosecutors routinely don't prosecute cases they don't think they can win.

And since you're operating under the principle that Clinton, Clapper, etc. are criminals even though they were never found guilty of anything, we're going to do the same with Trump.

There is a price to pay when you are a Trump loyalist?!!

THROUGH ALEX JONES AS JURY DELIBERATES HIS FATE: PLEASE 'PARDON ME'

That would be a bad move on Trump's part, unless he is leaving office?!!

Longtime Trump associate Roger Stone on Thursday reportedly begged President Donald Trump to pardon him through a message sent to InfoWars far-right conspiracy theorist Alex Jones as the jury deliberated his fate.

Stone, 68, a former Trump 2016 campaign adviser and longtime Republican operative, reportedly sent a message to Jones asking to be pardoned while being tried in federal court in Washington D.C. over seven charges of lying to Congress about his relationship with WikiLeaks.

"Roger Stone's message is this," Jones said during Thursday's broadcast of Infowars' The Alex Jones Show, "He expected to be convicted. He said, 'Only a miracle can save me now,' that was exact words to me last night and this morning."

Actually, it’s saying that only Democrats are reasonable. Unlike insane trumpettes, conservatives and Republicans.

Here's Clapper lying to Ron Wyden

Here's a video from the Cato institute explaining it in depth. How many years was Clapper given for lying?

    Hmmm.

    That's hard.

Eureka! It's because "violating protocol" isn't a crime!

Actually they seem to be on to something and have moved it up to a criminal investigation while all those rabbit holes Mueller ran down came up empty except for process crimes here.

A campaign looking forward to some possible disparaging information about their opposition is not against the law. Someone hearing that some disparaging information is coming about someone and telling someone else about is not against the law. There is no evidence Stone or anyone associated with Trump were behind the Wikileak information. Heck the Clinton campaign and DNC actually PAID for dirt which turn out to be phony information as compared to the Wikileaks info which was 100% true. So it's all about a specious threat made in the heat of the moment which the person to whom it was directed says they did not feel threatened.

He paid the $90,000 fine then lost his license to practice law for 5 years in the criminal plea bargain. Perhaps ta similar for Stone?

It is not his personal phone, he gave that up early on. It's a secured one.

At urging of aides, President Trump gives up his personal smartphone
President Trump is refusing to give up his old, unsecured phone, NY Times reports

Did they even offer him one? We'll see what his sentence is for something which was material to nothing.

You mean like Hillary? The whole country knew she committed a crime, then there's a secret tarmac meeting and lo and behold, all gone. Lets not forget Lois Lerner and a slew of others that were total criminals that just never saw any justice. Lets hope Barr will fix that with his investigations...

The Deep State. All should be doing prison time for crimes against the American people.

TDS has driven people so mad that they defend not only Trump’s corruption, but the corruption and idiocy of everyone around Trump, while at the same time attacking the rule of law and the Americans with integrity who are trying to defend it. Trump trolls will go down in history for their epic cultishness, divisiveness, and rejection of reality.

So you think siccing the full weight of the intelligence apparatus against a candidate for President is lawful? Fascinating.

Hoosier8 explained that in his post that you replied to! Even though it was not his decision to make he usurped Lynch's authority and simply chose not to prosecute Hillary, right after itemizing her crimes. Well, not just simply, he knew a prosecution would really hurt her candidacy.
