    They won't get the chance because after being forcibly imprisoned for 7 years in the Ecuadorian Embassy, he'll now live out what's left of his life in Bellmarsh prison. I hope all those who have been involved in this disgusting persecution of the individual take a long time to die, and will suffer until the Grim Reaper takes them - which I hope is soon.

    It actually doesn’t make any sense..
    He hopes they will suffer a long and painful death but then wishes them a quick death.....odd

    He was never imprisoned there. He could have chosen to walk out of the door at any time. His unfortunate circumstances are entirely of his own making.

    Yes, he could have chosen to walk out of the door straight into the handcuffs of a bunch of 24/7 police guarding him, and the next thing he'd know is he'd be on a one-way excursion to the US, never to be heard of again? Did you witness the scene when he eventually did leave the embassy? Six or seven plod were falling over themselves to 'do the honours' and he was being crushed underneath them all. Just forget it.

    The extradition request he fled from after losing in court was to Sweden. Maybe the US would have made a request to Sweden after that, who knows. Even if he had been extradited to the US at some point, it would be headline news all over the world so the idea they could just make him disappear without any comeback is ridiculous.

    The fact remains that he wasn’t imprisoned. He faced two (admittedly imperfect) options but was free to pick the one he did.
