    It's kind of like kids rolling their eyes when their parents say "clean your room". Trump is getting the kids in line and (surprise) they don't like it.

    Some folks hate Trump and America enough they're cheering for the kids. Go figure :(

    Feels like there's a respectability quantum superposition paradox there doesn't it? Or maybe it's just a false choice, because rather than lack of respect their behavior is due to some other factor. Could be envy, or contempt, or ignorance, or even fear. The guy who gets things done, and the guy who everyone likes are not always the same person. In fact, in my experience the most disagreeable person in the room is usually the one that gets everyone else to do things that need doing.

    Just my opinion, but I suppose foreign leaders are mocking Trump because almost everything he does on the world's stage is worthy of being mocked.

    He is a tragedy for America and its standing in the world.

    Sounds to me like a piece of philosophy invented to attempt to justify the conduct of Trump.

    Tough job to do. Trump conducts himself like a petulant, out-of-control five year old.

    Again, it doesn't take a lot of brains or lack of respect or even turpitude for people to laugh at things they don't understand. Especially when they have a political motive to do so.

    Trump shouted from the rooftops about China. Many people are concerned, not giggling. Turns out there's very good reason to be concerned.

    The things Trump shouts about may make some people giggle. But it's not making everyone giggle. You might want to figure out why if you want to beat him next year. Else your team is going to get trounced. Mark my words.

    The difference is that Trump tries to insult and mock other people (including foreign leaders) by throwing around childish insults. No other president has acted as childishly as Trump.

    Foreigners (including foreign leaders) mock Trump for acting childish and for being incompetent.

    My hope...and expectations...are that Trump will be defeated because a majority of Americans finally see him as the disgusting, ignorant, narcissistic, classless boor he is.
