You don't know much, do you? The US is CONSTANTLY training pilots and operators from other countries in weapons systems and upgrades. It's a package deal, weapons AND training. You buy a $2 million dollar yacht in the US and you ****ing well better believe that training in operations is included. Trump was raging about the Saudi's buying $110 billion in weapons systems last year - guess what - it comes with training. It's about the money. Nothing else.
