I went to check it again and the aggregate is now at 48 even for removal. That is a .3 drop. While those opposing impeachment rose from 45.8 to 46.2. a 4 point gain. With the given parameter, the two options MUST total 100%.

Those who are undecided or indifferent are NOT supportive.

The graph should be labeled 'support' and 'oppose'.

 

Yeah, sorry but 538 is too biased for me to actually consider them. Even the head guy, whathisface, admitted that their numbers were skewed against Trump when Trump was running because they purposely did not consider him properly.

But hey, that aside, you should learn to read your own graph from them. For supporting impeachment: From Nov 27 to Dec 3 the poll stayed the same at 48.8. From there it drops down to 47.8 on Dec 4 and on Dec 6 it is down to 47.7. For opposing impeachment for the same time period went from 43.5 to 43.8.

No matter which site you use, and they're both left leaning, the poll numbers for supporting impeachment of Trump is dropping while those that oppose it is rising. You can of course just ignore that and just go with "majority of Americans support impeaching your dear leader" but it will also be ignoring the fact that as people hear more of what went on with the hearings the more people are opposing it. Remember, most people didn't watch the impeachment hearing the same day that they were held. That is the excuse that many media personalities gave for the low numbers that watched the hearings live. Many watch them afterwords on YouTube and what not. As more time passes, and more people watch what they missed, the more they are coming to oppose it.

 

Actually those with no opinion should have their own line as they don't oppose, or support. It is curious as to why they don't show that line. Pollsters used to. It was a good indicator of where people were falling when the other two lines changed.
