Giuliani has depositions from Ukrainians on this. Like one said, Hillary was preferred because she was part of the 'system' that everyone wanted to keep and Trump was against. Certainly it's not just the Biden's that have profited off of it but other congress critters have had their kids work there too.

I don't know how to better make my point.

If respondents do not support, they MUST be counted as NOT supporting. A respondent isn't required to oppose, in order to not be a supporter.

The premise of the graph only allows for a yes or no answer. Anyone who is undecided or doesn't care, is not supportive. Therefore, they must be counted as not supporting.

If 538 wants to show the undecided and indifferent, they should reword the graph in a way that would allow for that.

It would be like taking a poll and asking if voters supported Clinton in the 2016 election.

48.2% supported Clinton and 51.8% did not.

Using the fact that only 46.1% voted for Trump does not represent an accurate response to the premise of the poll.

They would have to come up with proof. Besides a corrupt House is investigating Trump. There hasn't been one shred of direct evidence.

There was a shift among independent voters to a majority against impeachment. Hard corp Democrats won't be convinced neither will hard corp Conservatives.....what's left to shift the election. They may or may not vote on articles of impeachment, but it won't pass the vote with 31 Democrats in districts Trump won in 2016. Nancy likes being Sphincter of the House even if she has to endure 4 more years of Trump.

Trump obstructed the investigation by not permitting Key Direct witness to Testify.

That article of impeachment will be hard to rule against.

If the Senate does then the 2020 Elections will decimate the Republican Party

So did Obama, what's your point? It's called executive privilege. It never hurt Obama in 2012. Keep dreaming.

What there hasn’t been is exculpatory evidence.

No need, since there's no evidence of wrongdoing. No one should be required to prove their innocence.

I'd gloat if I didn't think Paul Ryan deliberately threw the last House election. I think he expected Trump to crash, in real danger of removal, with good old Paul there to pick up the pieces for the Deep State with a romp through the primaries.

    Whoops!

We aren't the ones misusing our impeachment power while losing the argument that Trump committed crimes worthy of removal.

    It's called Executive Privilege.

Either that or Kevin McCarthy may become the new Speaker.

There’s no executive privilege on crimes, and it only works if trump was in on these discussions. So again you admit this scheme was at trumps behest.

It is not uncommon for Republicans to take a comment by one Democrat & pretend that statement reflects the view of the entire Democratic party. This is a good example of that. The Congressman may be legally correct, that more than one impeachment is possible under the law, but it's never been done, & the process is so complex & stressful for all concerned, I don't see any support, even within Democratic circles, for making that happen. I regard the whole idea as just another Republican effort to inflict fear onto the general public. Sad.
