    Congress and the president already approved it, if Trump wanted to deny it, he did not have to sign it into law
    he can't use it as a bargaining chip to go after his political rivals

    what Biden did on the tape is perfectly legal, he did not do it to go after a political rival

    Trump told us what he wanted from the call we read in the transcript

    in Trump's own words what he wanted from the call

    the reporter asked him, he answered..... all on video
