You put up "the pharmacist must refer the patient to someone who will fill it in a reasonable amount of time."
And he broke that deliberately what he was compelled to do and did the opposite.

again... enter the slow clap for proving the pharmacist was being totally wrong, without you knowing it.

Why do they stock pills that they won't sell?

What if a sporting goods store refuses to sell guns because the owner is a Quaker?

Can we sue him and force him to sell guns?

They’re mainly aborting the poor and minorities, which hurts the Dems in the long run. That’s why they want open borders.

And I am poking exactly where the pharmacist failed his client deliberately.
    It's not defensible.

She shouldn’t have to be smart to be able to fill prescriptions by her doctor.
She shouldn’t have to be smart to not be lied to by a pharmacist because of his backwards views.

What evidence do you have, besides the sparsely written OP article that he failed to do this?

And I will tell you with the facts we do have-that pharmacist has a pretty solid case.

She should be smart enough to know she doesn't need a prescription in MI.

After 5 kids she should be smart enough to use something besides sandwich bags and pills that are only good for a couple days, that she doesn't bother keeping on hand.

the plan was to go to a store that sells it, there was no plan for a religious nut to deny her the drug... nor should there have to be

So she's too stupid to get a drug that does the same thing and doesn't need a prescription then.

Irregardless it should not be up to some random evangelical to intervene in medical treatment between a patient and doctor.

what happens with many women is they can't get pregnant on the standard American diet, then they try something like keto and get pregnant unexpectedly

she obviously did not want any more children, why should she be forced to have them

If you got something to dispute... than it's up to you to provide it.
So far... we got that pharmacist refusing to provide the service, according to YOUR own research. Good job!
