Not so fast pal.The Senate Minority leader is placing Demands on Leader
McConnell for additional Impeachment Witnesses,plus use of senate subpoenas
for additional documents that favor his case.Also additional time allocated for
Democrats as to arguments and counter-arguments.
Hold on thar Wilbur.How short a memory yer typical Democrat possesses.
Given their predisposition as being Possessed as if by the Devil himself
in ousting a duly-elected President.
Devin Nunes and his House Intelligence committee were treated with
utter disdain and left hanging { never replied back in a timely manner }
over the same kinds of things.So what goes around DOES tend to come
around.Schumer can offer all the Free New York Bagels he wants and it
won't matter a dimes worth.Because what Goes around Comes around.
Schumer and his drat Democrats are gonna have to learn that the
hard way.Fairness is not privy to the eyes of a beholder.
Fairness is what our Constitution was drafted for.For Liberty
not Equality.Give me Liberty or Give me a Schumer.
Equality may be an absolute necessary condition of freedom
but that may beg the question as to if All Men are Equal than

The Democrats in the House allowed the Republicans to request whatever they wanted. Some of what was requested was granted...some denied. That is the way the Congress works.

The Republicans in the Senate should allow the Democrats to request whatever they want. The Republicans should grant what they think should be granted...and deny what they think should be denied.

That is the way the Congress works.

In Schiff's kangaroo court they did not get one of their own requested witnesses. They got to call two democrat witnesses. In Nadler's fiasco they got one non-fact witness.

It was a big mistake for Trump to not take McConnell's lead and let him dismiss the frivolous charges. There's no there there and an acquittal won't end the egregious waste of oxygen --- defined as the progressives. They possess no self-esteem, no character, no motivation to be honest. All one has to look at is the bill they passed in the House, spitting on the Simpson-Mazzoli agreement to give amnesty to criminal aliens after swearing it would never happen again in 1986. They are human waste.

 

Which Republican witnesses would those have been? Bolton? Mulvaney? Pompeo? There is a reason there are no Republican witnesses: They would either have to throw Trump under the bus, or perjure themselves. Not a winning proposition. The GOP knows it, which is why they likely won't call any witnesses in the Senate "hearings".

This isn't a civilal trial, this isn't a criminal trial, this is a political process.

Impeachment of a sitting President is historically a very rare occurance
that is also very serious.Some may suggest an Impeachment is more
a process than a trial.Like what an Indictment is to a Criminal Trial.
Or possibly a series of Ethics Charges of a member of Congress.
I thought just occurred to me a little while ago.
Democrats are obsessed over this Impeachment and won't let it
go because of this.Democrats know whatever candidate they Nominate for
the Democrats will have a huge uphill battle against Trump.
So instead of gambling on that they are throwing all their chips
down on removing him from office or harming his ability to Govern
while using the excuse of Impeachment to smear his credibility.

 

The rules and procedures of the 'trial' are set by the majority of the jury - and thus, it is a political process.

This is very obviously the case.

 

The reason is that the dem clown show is in such a hurry that they can't follow process and force them to by using the courts, which is what normally happens in an impeachment.

Democrats are paying a price for their haste to impeach. They didn't go to court to compel testimony, but now they want witnesses they didn't hear to appear magically and testify before Senate.

 

Schumer face gives a presser and I don't think Mitch McConnell is
gonna take lightly the fact that Schumer face sent out letters to each senator
making his Wants known.Plus Schumer face wants to change things around
from the precedent of the Clinton Impeachment.Like Schumer did not want
witnesses giving testimony publically { airing }.Now of course he does.

 

Of course President Trump could make a laughing stock of the
entire Impeachment process.Since that is basically what Democrats
proved in the House.
He could go, out and say silly stuff like ...
