I dont think it can be explained away as a coincidence.

I dont believe it can be explained away as a coincidence that when two great conservatives Reagan and Trump took over from the number one and two worst presidents ever, the economy boomed. Carter had double digit unemployment, interest rates, and inflation. By cutting taxes and abusive regulations, Reagan fixed that and the economy boomed for almost 20 years. Likewise Trump took over from Obama, the worst president ever. He had people believing that national growth would only be 1 or two percent. He said it was the new norm. Obama screwed up almost everything he touched. Under Obama's regime we could no longer put a man in earth orbit, and he doubled the national debt. But again Trump cut taxes and regulations, and the economy is booming. We now have stock market records being set almost every day. We have record low unemployment for everyone. President Trump has taken millions off food stamps and welfare, so big government no longer have claws in peoples every day lives. Peoples 401ks and saving accounts are going up and up.

So here is my question, just what to todays democrat candidates have to offer. They all lean left and radical left. Just listening to them, they would take us back the rotten economy of Carter and Obama.

Yes, just what do democrats have to offer???

Democratic party is just so out of touch. They shut out the ones that could actually connect with people like Tim Ryan and Tulsi Gabbard and promote the loonies who are outlandishly out of touch. Or senile.

Reagan raised the National Debt 170%.

Obama raised the National Debt 89%.

Bush raised the National Debt 101%.

Clinton Raised the National Debt 39%.

Trump is on track to tie Obama.

Just to put things in perspective.

Obama raised the national debt by over ten trillion dollars which was more than all previous presidents combined.

Reagan signed the largest amnesty bill and sold arms to terrorists. Trump is a clown who say unemployment rate under Obama is fake news yet still use the same number to claim "victory."

You forgot economy was doing well under Clinton until Bush deer in the headlight jr. came along and tanked it.

Bills are paid for by the government in the FY they occur. If it had been carried over, it would have shown up as a deficit. . There was no carry over debt from Bush.

Sorry dude, no he didn't. The debt was $11.657 trillion at the end of Bush II last fiscal year. The debt at the end of Obama's last fiscal year was $8.588 trillion higher (total $20.245 trillion).

Trump has added $2.53 trillion in his first two fiscal years, and is on track to add $5.088 trillion in his first term. He's on pace to beat Obama, and he didn't even have a recession and two wars to deal with. Pretty good for a guy who promised to eliminate the debt. Not.

Not true. The FY 2009 budget was approved by the democratic house and signed by Obama after Bush left office. They operated on a continuing resolution from the end of FY2008 until the FY 2009 budget was approved by Obama. That turkey 2009 budget belonged solely to Obama.

Your OP, like most of your others, is completely detached from reality. The economic data literally shows your entire post to be complete bullshit.

    So what?

Trump is on track to do exactly the same thing.

EXCEPT, he won't get that chance since he is only going to serve ONE Term.

I hate it for Trump also. By the way, I did not vote for either Trump or Hilary. Neither was worthy of my vote.

No, it is no coincidence that tax cuts without spending cuts, i.e. government stimulus, which is what Reagan, GWB and Trump did, result in a short spike in economic activity, followed by economic pain down the road. It is also no coincidence that people like you continue to vote for those reckless tax cuts, basically throwing future generations under the bus for your own short term gratification. Very self centered....

Logical, I think Obama's major skill could be described as that of the Snow Job- getting people to believe him. Certainly he was a skilled orator, a salesman, that sold the public on giving him a job beyond his vision, his capacity and management abilities. I think he was smart enough to realize that people judge too much on image and too little on performance.. and usually by the time they figure that out, too late.
JFk's father Joe is said to have told his son that in politics, what you are doesn't matter- what people think you are counts. Sell the box; don't worry about what's in it. I think the nation suffers dramatically by being susceptible to that process.

With Trump, while many people, even his own followers aren't always happy with the box- the abilities and energy brought to the job in that package is exceeding the promises that other presidents never kept, an by a wide margin. One has to be willfully blind to not recognize that, and worse to fail to see that it is precisely what the nation and the people need. This president, like all presidents- will be gone, but the legacy that writes history will be the lasting accomplishments, not the package it came in.

Nothing in the democratic stable is as acceptable as Obama was in presentation, and sadly all are much farther down the ladder in terms of vision and abilities. To use a term made popular during the dossier sham- There's no "there" there.

Damn poor perspective as well Clinton just signed the bills given him by his Republican Congress and bitched about the draconian cuts. Until people understand that government can't give them everything they want without taking everything they have congress which holds the power of the purse, isn't going to be interested in cutting the debt.

And, with Trumps spending there is real economic growth unlike Mr. Obatards pitiful record.. You do realize what the theory was/IS behind Quantitative easing, right? The idiot couldn't even buy an economy with a set of instruction and unlimited funding :) ¯\_(º¸º)_/¯
