Trump is a Muslim? Trump invited the Taliban to the White House the week of 911

"Trump’s Taliban invite is one of the most shameful moments of his presidency"

this is a heavily reinforced embassy built right after 9-11, this was not a smaller less secure location like Benghazi was - and we are 3 years into Trump's term, hard to blame this on Obama

I blame Obama for his soft stance with Iran.

Trump is reminding them there is a new POTUS in town.

At least Trump isn’t leading from behind with pallets of cash.

Wow.... Trump has turned the Green Light on full blast. When you mess with an embassy (U.S. Soil) the repercussions should be great.

Soleimani was an enemy of the United States. That’s not a question. The question is this - as reports suggest, did America just assassinate, without any congressional authorization, the second most powerful person in Iran, knowingly setting off a potential massive regional war?

The justification for the assasination is to “deter future Iranian attacks”. One reason we don’t generally assasinate foreign political officials is the belief that such action will get more, not less, Americans killed. That should be our real, pressing and grave worry tonight.

Not surprisingly, there are people who believe that when an embassy is attacked - you simply do nothing in response out of fear of reprisal. Hmm, lemee see - I remember when an Iranian Embassy was attacked. Considering Jimmy Carter did pretty much nothing, how well did that work out for him?

Had today's LW-ers existed the day after Pearl Harbor was bombed, they would have insisted we NOT retaliate against the Japanese because they might hurt us further.

Trump is not leading at all, and yes, Obama gave Iran back their cash they gave us for weapons we never delivered, helped him get the deal, a deal Trump is not able to get

Trump ended the deal, and let Iran keep the money

That's actually funny given it was Iran who was funding ISIS and ISIL... so "leading the war against" seems, well, stupid.

You never give your enemy money. You only give your enemy woe and punishment.

BS the reason Obama had to sneak around to make this off the record deal was because nobody, even amongst Democrats wanted it.

We don't need to be "greeted as liberators", Mello. Being greeted as a "liberator" may be a noble thing in some parts of civilization, but NOT, evidently, in any part of the world ruled over by Islam!

No. We should leave those people alone with their aspirations for 'Islamo-heaven' -- except when they threaten us or our allies and our vital interests. When and where that happens, we should use superior AIR POWER to annihilate those radical Muslim military forces -- quickly and efficiently.

We can skip the hooptie 'victory parades', along with blowing hundreds of billions of dollars on "nation-building". Hopefully, by now we've learned that nobody in these Islamo-pestholes appreciates those American sacrifices, either. Let them live in their world, and the rest of us can live in ours... hopefully, peacefully.
