GOP propaganda machine is fierce. They will utilize a senate trial for purely PR purposes & it’ll work. Keep the impeachment articles hanging over the president’s head but shift the conversation to real issues. If Republicans want to continue to whine that Pelosi won’t send over the impeachment articles while Democrats are discussing Healthcare, higher education, infrastructure etc. let them.

He was claimed to have "Obstructed Congress" that failed to get subpoenas and use the courts, so he remains on the Constitutional High Ground until the democrats do, and with "Abuse of Power" that too would be remedied if the Democrats again used their Constitutional right to go to the Judiciary to enforce their subpoenas, but they refuse. There is nothing here. He would only be Abusing Power if he did not concede to whatever the Judiciary rules. The Democrats literally have a remedy and refuse to use it, because Impeachment was more important.

Now, with the witnesses I cited, they all go to the core of the claim the Democrats are making. They are direct material witnesses and all involved in the actions that allowed Trump to ask for the Ukraine to work with our AG, or the actual complaint itself. How they are not relevant can only be an argument made in looney Leftist land.

McGahn is, and that's in its 9th or 10th month... The process is completely broken! So the D's made a new process, still staying completely inside the law and norms.
