    What you "say" is just parroting of Fox News mantras and the SOS that was already addressed.

    To date, Trump and company cannot/will not provide the bi-partisan Congressional committee hard, irrefutable evidence that there was an "imminent threat" that warranted the hit. Deal with it.

    This is stupid. Trump doesn't want to tell Democrats anything because they will tell iran. "Imminent threat" could mean anything. Within a day, month, year... why tell Democrats we are going to kill their Iranian allies general?

    "Imminent" has an Actual DEFINITION.

    It COULDN'T "mean anything".:roflol:

    Imminent (definition):

    About to happen. Likely to occur at any moment.

    In a case like the Iran Intel, "Imminent" would be construed as a Matter of Hours (at the most 3 or 4 Days. Maybe a Week (at the extreme outside edge)).

    Totally LMAO at the notion that "Imminent" could be within "a...month or year".

    IF it was "a...month or year", then (by Definition) it WOULDN'T be "Imminent".

    Sorry to inform you of this FACT:

    BUT, You CAN'T Change the Meanings of (Clearly DEFINED) Words to fit your narrative.

    You DON'T know if that would (actually) happen.

    That is just partisan "speculation" on your part.

    BUT, You CAN'T "Speculate" on the Meaning of the Word "Imminent".

    It is clearly DEFINED.

    And, back to the OP Topic, it is unreal how many Falsehoods were In Trump's Address on the Iran Operation.

    Imminent = "LIKELY to occur at any moment" means just that. Likely/probable. Neither means with 100% certainty for any number of very obvious reasons.

    You are the one speculating on the word "imminent".

    "Any moment" DOES Not Include the Time Frame of "a month or year"

    There is a "relative immediacy" associated with the word "imminent".

    By your logic "LIKELY to occur at any moment" could be 100 years from now.

    ^It DOESN'T work that way.

    The killing of Soleimani LIKELY also thwarted said 'imminent' attacks! You also keep neglecting the very pertinent fact that Soleimani was a terrorist!
