I disagree. Why Trump is many things, I don't believe racism is the base or point on most. Did not issues at the southern border exist prior to Trump? Has the southern border not been the source of may political positions for several administrations prior to Trump? I don't recall anyone calling it racism then, but because Trump does, it suddenly is?

Race has nothing to do with what an employer can or cannot do legally when hiring an employee. The laws apply without regard to nationality, race, creed, color or sexual orientation.
