Google does seem to be taking a side here. Perhaps since they aren't taking down the live streams they are hosting that support the liberal narrative what Google are, in fact doing is campaign financing, and probably illegally doing so. Now there's a corruption for you. I doubt it will even enter Schiff's tiny little brain that he's so exposed right now on this...

You think a platform like You Tube is unique LOL The only reason it even exist if because it was first on the scene to store PEOPLES bullshit and offer PEOPLES bullshit up for other people to view.. You could do the same with enough storage and bandwidth, all you'd have to do is find the right catch phrase and entice/convince the same crowd your are cooler then You Tube :) Then You TOO could ask for donations to view other peoples bullshit they donate to your media replay service ¯\_(º¸º)_/¯

You mean the picture when Trump's making a toast to the NWO, I don't think so.

I'm a little shaky on the legality of Google "owning" the live streams from CSPAN.... Since that is, their model. Perhaps CSPAN should be asking Google for royalties....

I know Trump is such a downer the way he limits the ability to see what he is up to, what is he hiding?

Yup with "HITS" come advertisers :) They will contact you and you name your price.. Although, it still doesn't stop You Tube from asking the viewers for money, does it ;)

there really isn't any "the media", there is just media, which would include many things: print,tv,radio are just the "traditional" media, but social media, twitter, yt and others would be part of the "new" media for lack of a better term.

side note: I did see scrolling comments on the feed I looked at yesterday, but christ they were scrolling by so fast I couldn't read them even if I had interest in doing so, I spent about 15 seconds trying to turn the comments off but it wasn't obvious so I just ignored it. Being as the coverage itself was so dam boring it wasn't a big deal, I was drifting away and multitasking inside of 5 minutes and turned it off in under 10.

Honestly, Its much more than just a bunch of stored cat videos these days, I'd be shocked if anyone disagrees.

I use youtube just like a television when i'm at work, the live feeds for events is the only practical way I can view stuff w/o heading home to find a TV. For example, on 9/11 all I could get was 1 or 2 still shots when the towers were hit, drove to the bosses house to watch it in his living room, if that happened today I'd just click youtube and watch in high-def. For me its no different than cable or over the air broadcasting in many ways. As soon as the company starts moderating content or selectively shutting down feeds, they are no different than cnn or any other news channel, they are making decisions on what you see and from whom. I'd call out comcast if they did the same thing and shut down cnn or fox or whatever temporarily.

maybe the net neutrality thing has some fine print in there that lets this happen.

As I mentioned, I didn't go to to trending or anything (until last week didn't know that a trending tab existed) I just clicked home.

It's not "The" media, but it is most definitely "the media" in every sense of the word.

I’m talking more about situations where liberal high school teachers use their position to indoctrinate students.

It’s about time for an amendment to the US Constitution to prevent frivolous use of the Impeachment by an over zealous party. Something like perhaps a requirement for there to be some % of bipartisan support in the vote total and an actual specific statute violated that the SCOTUS recognizes as “High crime and misdemeanor”.
