Nominate Butigeg and Trump Gets the Black Vote, Resulting in 2020 Trump Victory

It is common knowledge that black Americans are not on board with Pete Buttigeg. Add that to the growing support for Trump among the black population, and you have a Trump 2020 victory, guaranteed.

I doubt any of the Dem candidates can beat Trump anyway, but nominating Pete is a sure fire way of losing.

 

Not if Pete gets a divorce and then gets a black husband.

 

As Buttigieg moves to the front many democrats are just discovering, If elected, he would be the first openly gay president – which would make his husband, Chasten Buttigieg, America's First Gentleman. That fact could lose him many votes. Plus the fact he has no record of achievement except being mayor of a mid-sized city. But similar to Obama he is popular because he's a good orator.

 

When blacks have to choose between Pete and other Dems, they choose other Dems. When blacks have to choose between Pete and Donald, they’ll choose Pete.

 

But there’s more. Sure black people are statistically homophobes. But there is no shortage of homophobes among Trumpers. It won’t be long now before Trump and his supporters start hurling gay slurs. That will drive the moderates away from camp Trump.

 

It would take a black Spanish speaking amputee little person who was previously divorced from a tranny to make even a dent in the Trump campaign.

 

No, blacks will just stay home.

I think that's pretty significant actually.

 

Forget about blacks, I don't think the majority of Americans want a gay president. Most may say in public, "yeah cool, whatever man, whoever is best for the job", but in the privacy of the booth they're free from being reeeeed at.

 

I was shocked that Bootygig did so well in Iowa to the point I think some monkey business went on. Especially given the corrupt dnc inserted itself in the count ! They set a precident for elections are handled at the state level! The red flags went up given the dnc and the 16 primaries.

Apparently too many dems vote not on issues but race and homosexuality.

The last tally showed sandets to have more votes but bootygig got more delegates. I need to find out his position on issues. But I bet he is your typical corporate dem and a neoliberal neocon globalist . An enemy of the working middle class and open borders for cheap labor that keeps wages low for working citizens.

I think the Dems are purposefully hiding the results from Des Moines, but I don't trust the DNC. And, I agree with your assessment of PB. He is a polar opposite of Trump, with globalization as a priority, leaving the US worker in dust.

 

In my opinion, the fact that he served balances out the gay thing.
I have never served and don't have the cajones for that dangerous work, which makes Pete manlier than I.

I can't speak for why PB isn't popular among black voters. He just is. Therefore, being unpopular with black voters while Trump's popularity with blacks grows is a recipe for Trump's reelection. The Democrat party leadership is too stubborn to allow Bernie to be the nominee, so they will lose with PB.
