    That is a very excellent observation. Notice the upright water bottles, one in a chair and the other one next to the undisturbed green bag. The tent was obviously in the drive lane and not in the parking slots. My vote is "not guilty."

    Who knows how long it takes for police to respond to a call there before showing up. Humans have a natural inclination to restore order out of chaos, like righting chairs and water bottles. Only psychos want to create chaos out of order...or excuse that sort of behavior.

The judge cannot go below that minimum mandatory sentence. The prosecutor is the only person that can go below the minimum mandatory. Your attorney may be able to negotiate a sentence below the minimum mandatory with the prosecutor.

    In other words, he could get a lawyer to have the prosecutor drop the minimum sentence in exchange for a plea.

    The corrupt leadership of the the DP is inciting core base to launch violent attacks on its opposition to suppress the vote and rig another election. DP politicians must be very bloodthirsty.

    it is obvious that he is being deprived of a fair trial. For one thing, his bail of $500,000 is outrageous and a clear violation of the excessive bail section of the Constitution. When cops commit crimes they are given paid vacations and their records are kept secret. When Joe Citizen is charged with a crime he is locked up for months on end because he is too poor to ransom himself and his entire history is blasted all over to help sway public opinion against him, depriving him of the presumption of innocence.
