Last night we had another democrat debate with no American flag on stage.

I wonder how electoral college delegates that will cost the democrats, especially from the Midwest?

For someone on the edge, little things county. You take the missing flag and your cheerleader trying to be as offensive as possible, and it all adds up. The democrats will lose and then blame the loss on the Russians.

 

Voters don’t give a **** about irrelevant nonsense or minutia. They care about getting trump out.

 

Trump won in 2016 and his approval has gone up. We call that a clue.

 

Trump is an impeached president in a “booming” economy yet can’t get above 50%.

Maybe they exclude the flag so folks who will never vote D in the 1st place has something to complain about.

And less votes than his opponent lol. Affirmative action seems to be the only way republicans can win. Both republican presidents this century were elected against the will of the people.

Like I said. It's a small thing- that fits into a pattern. It changes the perception of them. Those who want to trash America as is, probably like it, and that could be the reason.... to hint that they feel the same way.

 

I think Bernie wants to transform the U.S. into Venezuela, but he's obviously hoping for a better outcome.

 

I don't think Bernie wants us to be like Venezuela- I think that he thinks they just did the job poorly, and he knows how to do the job better.

I'm saying he wants to set up the U.S. government and society just as they did in Venezuela. But he thinks his administration can get it right and make it work.

If the wealthy want to give their money to the less wealthy to help level the field as they say then BS should set up a organization to do that. No need for the govt to get involved. Oh wait.... there are a ton of them already....my mistakes...

I never said that the candidates arranged the debate stage. What I said is that the DNC takes care of EVERY detail, and that assertion is correct. I am not sure why you are arguing against a point that I did not raise.

It is an interesting detail to be sure. When it comes to debates, both parties (in this case the DNC) pay attention to every last detail. It is clearly not a simple oversight, and thus the flag was inarguably absent for a specific reason. It is not a leap in logic to conclude that they chose to not display a flag because a significant enough percentage of their voters are anti flag and what it stands for.

When the right accuses the left of being anti American, they are specifically referring to the percentage of their voters that are in fact anti flag.

 

I think they associate the flag with Trump and they want nothing to do with it because of that.

 

AND what would that be, CUBA..

 

While I agree that the left associates everything they dislike with Trump, it is important to note that they disliked the flag prior to Trump.

I doubt that is actually anyone's goal. But you did get to use Venezuela in a post. So there's that.

 

He seems to want to do everything the Venezuelan government has done by cracking down on those “big, bad corporations”.
