    DOJ direction and lack of action of the ATF got a border patrol agent killed. The DOJ then went on to make whistblower John Dodson and enemy of the state. There is a reason Holder resigned is this was a nasty mess that Obama ensured would not be fully investigated. Again, you chose what criminals you want to go...

    A federal judge has declined a House committee's bid to have Attorney General Eric Holder held in contempt of court — and perhaps even jailed — for failing to turn over documents related to the Justice Department' s response to Operation Fast and Furious.

    Actually, that's an interesting point... I wonder if Cohen and Avenatti could end up in the same prison?? Both found guilty in Manhattan.

    the guns did not move in time, the batteries died, technology is not perfect, the criminals sat on the guns longer then expected

    and you act like if they did not get that gun they would have been unarmed, sad, the reason that operation was taking place was because they were getting guns, and this proves the FBI was on the right track as to how they were getting them or that gun would not of got there

    we do not arrest the police every time a sting investigation fails, get real

    and according to the right, guns don't kill, people do... are you changing that view now?

    I have no idea...a lot of people likely associate with the President.

    Sounds like Trump had a great lawyer, and got the frivolous lawsuit dismissed, and got paid.

    Oh really? Why didn't you all impeach on that theory?

    No he didn't....he was fully exonerated of that accusation at trial.

    Holder and Obama not so much....he remains the only AG every held in Contempt of Congress for their obstruction
