A similar conversation between Holder and Barack probably occurred once or twice as well, especially when Obama ordered Holder to FIND racism in various investigations that the DOJ should never have been involved in and WINGMAN Holder had to tell his boss that, "I can't actually manufacture evidence, Barack. So are you suggesting that Barr didn't know about the prosecutors' proposal of 7-9 to the judge? He wasn't kept in the loop? The first time he heard about it was after the proposal was made? The prosecutors followed sentencing guidelines when they made their decisions. What did Barr use as a guideline when he put his finger on the scale? Stone was found guilty by a jury - not some corrupt deep state.

 

On an average rapists get 4.5 years. So if you ave a political opposed jury and lie under oath, you get 9. Does that sound right? Both Comey and McCabe have lied under oath and they get book deals. I think Barr is taking all these things under consideration, realizing the harsh sentencing went along with a failed soft coup attempt. Going before a FISA judge and signing documents based on political opposition papers ought to get you 9 years. It's a two tiered justice system until we drain the swamp!

 

Well when Lynch met Bill Clinton on the tarmac it sure put a kabosh on any investigation into destroyed e-mails and smashed I-phones. We never ever heard of that sort of activity in the Trump impeachment process of almost three years.

But you didn't answer my question or address the issue I brought forward, which was whether Barr knew about the initial recommendation of 7-9 years. It is impossible that he didn't. So why would he allow what you consider to be a grossly over reaching sentence to be presented?
