Here is the scoring guideline the Left Biased Obama appointed judge may have been using:

    1. known conservative commentator dating back to Nixon admin= 5 years
    2. Known friend of Alex Jones and frequent guest commentator on Info Wars= 5 years followed by suicide in solitary confinement
    3. Threatening comments directed at a dog= 5 years in asylum and electric shock therapy per PETA standards
    4. Wearing perfectly round eyeglasses that magnify eyes while starring at the judge= contempt of court= 6 months
    5. Writing conspiracy book hypothesizing that LBJ Was conspirator in JFK assassination = National Security threat = undetermined period of water boarding interrogation at undisclosed location without attorney present until subject has been tortured sufficiently
    6. Failing to admit guilt after shock therapy and water boarding, subject to be released back to battlefield if a known Muslim radical operative for CIA as per GHWB/Clinton/GWB/Obama NDAA.
All others to be released according to their gender race sex and political orientation as per Soros/Google/Apple/Facebook Chi Com Quantum NSA computer AI
    (Formerly known as “ZERO”
    And “Number 1”)

They eventually get around to executing each other, so I suppose the strategy may be mass suicide.
    AKA, Saving the Planet

"… from 1900 to 1987 governments MURDERED almost ***170*** MILLION people ... far exceeds the 34.4 million battle deaths ... from all...wars fought during the same period.... democratic governments were responsible for only about one percent of the twentieth century's death toll from democide...."
THE ATLANTIC MONTHLY, "The World In Numbers," "Murder By The State," Vol. 292 NO. #4, 11/20. (*** mine) The Atlantic's source: "Rummels books on the subject - particularly "Death By Government" (1994) and "Statistics of Democide" (1997).

The question that I have is, how does this sentence compare with other sentences for the same sort of crime? Is the idea that this is an unusually long sentence for the crime and this demonstrates that the prosecutors were biased?

My guess is that they would say that they want criminal justice reform via the legislature.

the real issue is that the left wants criminal justice reform but it seems only when it comes to violent crime and only when committed by minorities. Criminal justice reform should also include these offenses like lying to FBI. In what universe is it remotely sensible for a guy to get 9 years for lying when rapists get 8 on average? Roger stone getting 9 years makes 0 sense. Big fine? 6 months? Maybe. Andrew mccabe lied, why is he not in jail? We also seem to have unequal justice, depending on which side you are on.

While I'm sure you got a kick out of engaging in that fantasy, now I must ask you if you have any real facts to show the judge was biased? BTW, you do know Stone was convicted by a jury, right?

This is a Leftist twist of the truth and of history.

You are the one trying to change how criminal justice works. By not following past precedent and increasing the judgement to all high heaven, you guys are the ones attempting to change it.

By just keeping things how they are, he gets 6 months tops, if anything at all.

Why are you trying to change the laws?

Are there ever any moments you folks have when circumstances force you to reconsider what you thought is true is not? McCabe OK'd the investigation in to Trump's campaign. That put him in Don's crosshairs............which put him in Billy the Bagman's crosshairs. So perhaps what happened is there are still enough honest people in the DoJ who Team Turd have not corrupted that once the investigation in to McCabe was reviewed for prosecution it was determined pleasing the boss was not possible. Not possible because McCabe would be able to present a defense in court, not just the court of public opinion. And that defense would basically blow up the allegations against McCabe, made because big bad angry Don was looking for revenge.
